Hermle 22712-030791 14-Days Mechanical Table Clock with Arched Walnut Casing and Hour Strike 30cm x 19cm x 13.5cm

I don't give many reviews, but i felt, in this case, the clock is so good that i would. It is a truly great-looking clock that would grace any home. The quality is apparent as soon as you unpack it. It has a very pleasant tick that is audible without being too loud, i can't find anything not to like with it. This is my second Hermle clock and i can recommend both.

This clock is ok, but I do wish the photo of the clock was exactly the same as what is sent. (See shared photo) It’s not a massive issue, but important to me.

Delivery good. Product had a small crack on the rear glass panel due to pinched assembly. Not visible from front so accepted rather than suffer the hassle of return

A lovely quality clock with a soft tick and hourly chime. Easy to set up, and keeps excellent time although getting the pendulum finely adjusted takes a few days of monitoring.

In summary, only consider this Hermle clock if you want it for display purposes. My purchase is virtually impossible to adjust so that it keeps within +/- 4 minutes or so within a 7 day period. It is crazy to claim that it will operate for up to 14 days because after day 7 it looses at least 5 minutes per day, although it will keep running like this for about 14 days total. Hermle in Germany have totally ignored my request for assistance, and the UK supplier was also of no help. The problem is compounded because the clock does not gain or lose at a uniform rate, even over 7 days. From fully wound it gains by increasing amounts for about 3 days then starts to lose over the next 4 or so days. So, going from fast to slow over such a short period makes adjustment of the pendulum pretty much impossible. Added to this the fast and slow variance is not anywhere near consistent from winding to winding. Overall, and at £500+ an expensive decoration that cannot compare to even a cheap electronic clock for timekeeping.

I love this clock the first time I unpacked it. It comes with a glove and a certificate. You will enjoy the class of the clock. I bought it for Feng Shui, not for the time-keeping. This is not a very practical clock as you have to do everything manually by adjusting the length of the pendulum, etc. It is, however, a beautiful masterpiece that will decorate your home with good taste. I deducted a star as I could have bought a modern clock that is easier to manipulate if it were not for Feng Shui.

Really nice looking but . ..the panels are clear plastic not glass so they will eventually scratch. Otherwise very pretty.

Beautiful looking and designed time piece . But does not keep accurate time over days .
