Looked at other products and liked this because you can determine the temperature you want. It’s got everything with it to make coffees and hot chocolates. It’s extremely quiet and the milk comes out exactly as you would expect at a Starbucks or costa. It’s got a little cleaning sponge that comes with it too which is super helpful for cleaning. My partner loves it and although we’ve only just received and used once, it seems robust, space saving and extremely well made. Time will tell how it stands up to use but with a 2 year guarantee, it’s well worth the price.

It was working nicely but it's even three months and the machine think milk is hot but it's not. So don't buy. Very fiddly I would say.

I ordered the shardor milk frother as a replacement for my nespresso frother, I am really impressed with the frothing ability and ease of use, it works just as well as the more expensive brand, love the style and handle of this, easy to clean also, I use it with semi skimmed milk always ensuring it is cold from the fridge and it frothes lovely thick foam every time, I waited a month before doing this review to see how it performed, good value also.

Initially this was a very good frother. I couldn’t fault it in any way in terms of its performance and how easy it was to clean. However, it is now failing to start and will not function. This is very disappointing. After only being used less than 25 times. Customer services have been very good and have offered a replacement. So it’s four stars despite the failure.

This milk frother is the best one I have ever owned. Very easy to register the warranty which was a great start. Easy to use, quiet, it offers different temperatures which is very handy, milk does not stick to the bottom therefore very easy to clean, great froth, plus its pretty and compact on the work surface. Thrilled I chose to buy this product would definitely recommend

The overall machine is good it eventually does what it's meant to, however upon opening the box, the lid top was snapped off so the lid has to be prized off to get into, the touch digital screen is very very poor, you have to be very patient and attempt more than what should be required for it to work, it doesn't work first ... second ... third ... you know what I'd be here all day, it takes alot of patience and touching the screen to make it work, when it actually does work, it does heat to the degree it displays the milk or water your heating to as ut says 70 degrees should be piping hot no? Well your lucky if it's Luke warm, it actually needs to be put on 2 times for it to reach desired heat, and again that can be tedious with the touch screen glitch, your better just boiling the kettle or heating your milk in the microwave, least it's quicker and you get it hot. The money spent on this you'd expect it to work it is no where in this world worth the value for money. I am very disappointed in what should of been a brilliant time saving machine, suppose the sayings true "you just can't get a decent brew anywhere" would ask for a refund but it's been used a few times in hope it was just me being silly and ut would work, but sadly nope it's the machine! DO NOT BUY!!

Brilliant frother when it worked, coffees were of Batista quality. Unfortunately it was a defective product which stopped working after a few uses. I found it very difficult to get in contact with the supplier, Once I managed to get through, months later, a full refund was organised, so it was much appreciated.
