I needed a sturdy good quality durable cable for my work so I purchased this based on the brand name and fact it had a braided cable with gold plated connectors. The cable works as well as expected. Some people complain about the length but I didn't want a cable taking up desk space so the length was perfectly fine to me. If you a drive etc sitting at a distance you might want to check the length before purchasing.

Excellent item with fast delivery

At last, now I can connect my laptop, computer, phone and tablet with a compatible drive or camera. The portability is great and the cable is of a good quality. It is a bit small but serviceable and I can even connect the USB-C side to another of my USB-C female to male cable to increase length if required so I am okay with that but mostly I don't have to. The price point is a bit higher than expected at this length but the durability and quality is definitely much better than the cheaper options available in the market.Overall a good connector to connect a vast number of devices to any source with a USB-C port. Highly recommended!
