I would definitely recommend this
I bought this for high limb removal, and it worked great for that, by tying 25 ft ropes to the end of each end of the hand straps, (the rope I bought is 9mm (3/8 inch) Nylon Braided, 50 Foot, Multi-Purpose Rope, Amazon Choice), The first limb I removed was about four inches thick, and it cut thru it pretty easy, it does get stuck a little bit when you are more than half way thru, but it freed up pretty easy, but I am amazed it cut so well. I tied a fairly heavy little boat mooring hook to one end of the rope to use as a weight to be able to throw it over the limbs, it got easier, when I started throwing under handed, instead of over handed. One other thing is what ever you buy, make sure it is at least 36 inches long.I would definitely recommend this, in fact I am thinking of ordering another on, because of the price. The only thing negative I can say about it is, it did not come with the magnesium fire starter they said they were going to throw in, but thats OK.

IT WORKS
I was skeptical when I ordered this but was pleasantly surprised at how good this saw works. The only short coming is that it is sometimes difficult getting the teeth rotated to where they face the limb. Once it is in the correct position it does an excellent job cutting quickly and smoothly.

Used it once already and it cut no problem. My husband wants to get more now He really liked it.

Great for father's day.
I always try to get my dad something practical for father's day. He LOVED this. It has helpped him so much and made things alot easier for him along with it being easier to take places. Great quality product.

For the price, you cant beat it.
Phenomenal item, took down a very high and thick tree branch with this, and some rope attached to both ends.
