These intimidating rigid plastic things are the Greatest Insoles I've ever used!
Warning: These are not cushion insoles. These are Fantastic! I've been buying Physix Gear Orthotic Insoles for years, now, and they are my "go to" probably for forever. When the original insoles of my shoes or boots wear out, in go the Physix! Even for my running shoes that use insoles. These also cater to my high arches.I originally bought them to help my Plantar Fasciitis at the time, and am so glad I took a chance and tried them.

Compared 4 Brands: KAILEDI, WalkHero, Physix Gear, ALINE
After having some chronic foot & ankle pain, I decided to only wear shoes with arch support. My chiropractor sold me ALINE for $150. I then found the exact same on Amazon for $107, but by the time I purchased, they went up to $116. Since I'm putting these in all my shoes & slippers, I wondered if I could find a comparable product for less money than ALINEs. This review is my experiment with that quest and I'll tell you who gave ALINE a little competition. (see photos)I was looking for high arch support and I have normal width feet. However, my daughter needs wide inserts and she finds too high arch support uncomfortable. This review will address those needs as well.ALINE are absolute top quality, you get what you pay for. They're amazing. I bought my original pair from the doctor and wore them seven months before getting a second pair. I compared the worn inserts with the new ones and took some measurements (photos). Even after seven months, the ALINE inserts are not only holding their shape and support, but also seem to form around my foot.KAILEDI were by far the flimsiest. When I pushed down on the arch support bump with my thumb, it collapsed easily. These inserts have almost no hold and are more soft and cushiony than others. They will fit my daughter's needs well. I won't use them.Physix Gear's arch support bump also could be collapsed, but not as easily. The arch support was not high enough for my needs, but because of that and because they were the widest of the four my kiddo will love them. I do not.WalkHero ~ drum roll please ~ are the closest to ALINE. They are very sturdy not collapsing under the thumb test and have high arch support. They are perfect for my needs. My daughter would hate them though. We all have different foot needs, just depends on what you're looking for. ALINE and WalkHero are for those of us who need high arch support and an insert that does not give or flatten under weight. KAILEDI and Physix Gear have lower support and seem to flatten out under the weight of the foot, which may be better for flat footed folks or whomever doesn't need lots of arch support.(I'm copying and pasting this review on all 4 products. Sorry for the repetitiveness.)

Great support for high arches!
My favorite insole (other than my custom made ones when I had plantar fasciitis.) I understand that everyone’s feet are different. That said, these fit my high arch wonderfully. Comfortable support. I have purchased these multiple times over the years.

Defective product
I've used this product for years with no issue however the order that I made on July 14th for five pairs because they were at a discounted rate of under $10 all of them have been trash. One of them went flat within 3 days, the wwnt flat within a week. The quality has gone down, and i clearly received a defective batch. They used to last me a couple of months each so when I ordered five pairs I thought that was going to last me for several months not for one whole month. I reached out to Amazon the very first week I got the order because something was wrong the first pair went completely flat and I had only been wearing them a couple of days. Their solution was refund I didn't want a refund I wanted insoles as I have to wear insoles every single day in all of my shoes so I can't send them all back and be without no insoles. After getting no resolution, I reached out to the company because they sent me brochures that talked about the 30-day warranty and that there is a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy, no questions asked they'll make it right. I explained everything that was going on I gave them the order number several times and i received a lot of questions and they kept referencing an order for November of 2022 saying it's out of warranty. No duh, that was last year. They advised me to order new insoles. Why would I order new insoles when i ordered 5 of them in July 2023 and I'm contacting you August 2023 about their defective quality, and for you to make it right? It's now September 2023, and they never honored their no questions asked satisfaction guaranteed policy. It has been an absolutely horrible experience dealing with them, and I will never order their products again because if they are anything like the last batch they are all going to be defective, and the company will pass the buck to Amazon and not honor their guarantee.
