This set is a true matte black and really sleek in appearance. I rated it as 5-stars based on appearance only but I cannot speak on the functionality or ease of installation of the item.I had to return the item because it did not fit on the shower setup installed by our plumber. He used a delta setup which has a round mount, and this item only fits on a square mount. The return was easy and quick to process.

Love it. We’ve used it for about a week now and so happy with the choice we made. It looks beautiful in our newly remodeled bathroom and our showers are the best. Great product, highly recommend.

Beautiful faucet great buy. I live in CA and they restrict how much water a shower head can produce. So I love that it is considered low water consumption but still more than enough water comes out. The packaging comes with gloves so whoever installs it does not place dirty fingerprints all over it. They really thought of everything with this shower head.

After all the hard works. Turned the on the shower, but it won’t shut off. Now I have it apart. Replace new. I thought I was spending on a better one compared to similar products.., waste my time and money. Not recommended

I love how this shower head looks and the feel of it- super relaxing! Very sleek and modern looking. Unfortunately, after about 6 months, the black paint/coat started to peel off. I have no way of contacting the company to get a replacement.

I was very impressed with the size of this showerhead and system. The price and quality do not compare to any I have found in the local large chain hardware stores. If you are installing this from the ceiling make sure to order the being mount kit.

System uses a coupler that connects to our rough plumbing to the shower arm. That is the fatal flow. In my case, the water was dripping from the couple and arm junction. We tried at least ten times to make sure it is snugly fit, still the leak persisted. In my case, we were fortunate enough to test it before we closed up the cover plate. So we found the leak in time. For others, if the plumber or handyman is not paying attention or care enough about their work, this could be a big problem down the road. The leak happens behand the cover plate, behind the tile/drywall. This could go un-noticed for some time, when the damage is very costly.Manufacturer should have used a solid single piece design to make the shower arm (like almost all other brands). In fact their printed directions also show a single piece design. Why they had to do a coupler in this "new" version - I don't know.Don't buy until they fix the design flaw.Lastly, the cover plate at the handle has KOJOX written in very big noticeable lettering. I don't like that. Should have been a clean simple look or written on the side of the handle where it is "not in your face" style.

Had an issue with the first unit i received but their customer service is TOP NOTCH and they exceeded my expectations correcting the problem. Definitely recommend.
