Quality cheese
Absolutely delicious cheese, smoked to perfection. Firm texture but crumbles in the mouth. Perfect to eat on it's own but makes a first class addition to a traditional ploughman's lunch. Serve with onion relish, fresh sour dough, tomatoes and pickled onions. YUM!
