Best everyday long use diaper
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've tried lots of different adult incontinence products and these simply hold more and leak less than anything short of MegaMax or abdl specific products. These do have a plastic backing so they have a pleasant crinkle sound but its more subtle than some. So while I do love the super padded super loud abdl style diapers the cost of these and the functionality make them hands down my everyday diapers. With a booster I can wear these 8+ hours to work through several settings with no leaks. They can get very heavy and squishy but even then don't often leak even on my heaviest days.

Nothing is perfect💯 💦🌙😊💧👍🏻❤️
My best value (and safest bet) for an effective overnight wear with minimal discomfort.Honestly.......there is no single standalone product that is 💯💦 effective for me overnight. -Well not that's cost effective anyway 🤔😑😕.....anymore?! whatever.......Nor is there a product that fits me perfectly comfortably. But these L4s are a decent value, and in conjunction with booster insert and exterior cover of some type I generally remain comfortable throughout the 🌙

The best balance of features out of any adult diaper, by far.
The Abena X-Plus is my go-to adult diaper. I've tried plenty of brands over the years, but so far none can beat the X-Plus in terms of being a well balanced product. For me, the X-Plus provides the best balance of overall comfort, great absorbency, consistent quality, and total coverage area. Although there are a lot of specialty diapers on the market that have more absorbancy, I find the competitors to Abena's products don't often fit as well and I experience frequent leaks, particularly from the leg gathers. The Abena X-Plus is superior in this regard because the lower tapes are actually pretty low on the wings of the diaper, so it's possible to get a tight seal around each leg. The upper tapes are high enough you can get a good fit around your waistline, and that helps hold the diaper up when it's getting very saturated. Those two qualities alone go a long way in preventing leaks and letting the diaper do it's job. Many others I've tried will have both tapes higher up on the wings, and that's when I have issues with leaks from the leg area.Another beneficial attribute is the great coverage offered by the X-Plus. The absorbent material is plenty wide throughout the crotch area of the diaper, and extends pretty high up in the front and back. This means that you're well protected in almost every circumstance, as there is plenty of material available regardless of how your body is positioned. Whether you're standing, sitting, or sleeping, the X-Plus performs admirably. The fact the absorbent material rises up further than other diapers makes me feel a lot more secure when wearing these, as I know there's plenty of absorbency to go around, and I don't have to worry about leaks.Further, these do a fantastic job of wicking moisture across all of the absorbent material, as Abena uses a balanced mix of wood pulp and super absorbent polymer. This means the diaper will naturally balance out wetness across all of the absorbent material over time, which helps maximize time between changes and keeps you feeling drier in between. I also like that these are still plastic backed - I've had too many issues with cloth backed diapers either leaking through the backing material or quite frankly allowing too much odor to escape. For those that are caregivers, or for those who have a caregiver, you'll be glad to know that the wetness indicators on the outside of the diaper work very well. They turn from yellow to blue in the presence of initial wetness, and once the blue indicators start to fade it's about time to change. Not everybody will care about this feature, but it's there and it works for those who need it.Overall, these are the best of the best in my opinion. There are other diapers on the market that may do one single thing better than the Abena X-Plus, but I've never found a product that is superior in more than just one aspect. I've been wearing these for over 10 years, and as much as I have tried all the alternatives, the X-Plus continually remains my favorite.

Very absorbent. Very hard to secure properly by yourself.
I can't fault these for their absorbency. If you are by yourself, however, these can be difficult to secure properly. And it doesn't matter how absorbent they are if they are too lose and leak. They make a pant that is rated "3" for capacity. Too bad that is not available in a "4," it would be much easier to use!

Great premium diaper
I would like to start off with these diapers are wonderful. As a person that needs to wear diapers due to blunt force trauma, and the fact that I became a DL as we are called, these diapers suit both requirements. first off they are plastic backed so they do crinkle but not very loud though, I never been a fan of the cloth backed diapers, they just feel damp on the outside and I worry about oder. As far as fit goes, they are true to size, I have a 36 inch waist and the mediums fit perfect, the leg openings are snug but not so tight they dig in the skin. the leak barriers are nice and tall giving a feel of not wanting to leak giving a peace of mind. I must say they feel very comfortable the padding is nice and thick and wraps around my butt, and while I only have urinary incontinence I feel they would be quite good for those with bowel problems. the crotch is nice and wide and if filled full can make you waddle. And speaking of filled these really hold alot, they can deal with a heavy flood with ease. One thing of note is they swell alot the front does puff up alot making your front a bit obvious but for me I dont have a issue with that. Also the padding wicks moisture really well keeping your skin dry. One thing I would have liked to see is a elastic on the front and back, but I have not leaked in bed and I roll around alot while sleeping, I think them riding high on my waist and the tall full padding fix the issue of night time leaks. Speaking of the padding, these for sure do give give you a "diaper butt" but as a DL I like that part, on that aspect they are in many ways like old school baby diapers. For the amount they can hold, they hold ALOT so much so they do get quite heavy to the point they do sag but never so loose they will leak around the legs. I am able to wear these 12 hours with no problems, which does save money not having to change to many times a day so the value is great, plus it is not easy for me to find time or a place to change. On the part of then getting heavy, the tapes hold up great so I wont worry about them popping, also they are a dual tape system so if need be you can take them off one time and or refit them if you dont get right on the first try. All in all I really pleased with these, comfortable nicely padded, crinkle letting you know you have a diaper on but not to loud. I really cant recommend these enough.I hope this review is helpful for those choosing a quality diaper.
