Soft on the feet and well made, and super easy to install. The peel of the back and stick down onto the step. No tape or hassle. I just hope they hold up well, they seem to be well made. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

I was looking for treads to help a new pup navigate stairs safely but also really didn't want to use tape to tacks that would damage new hardwood stairs. These work perfectly. They stay in place securely. It's hard to describe the bottoms - you pull off the clear plastic before setting them in place, they are not sticky with adhesive and not quite like the rubber backing on other cheap throw rugs - whatever it is they stay in place and can also be easily repositioned.

I had used a competitors carpet tiles before utilizing Seloom, and I regret the previous investment. When I went to remove the old tiles which were hard to clean. I found out that the adhesive had started to disintegrate. Do you think this would be an easy thing but it wasn’t! It took six hours to remove all of the old tiles.Application of the new towels was so simple, and quick! I have two very large dogs both shed you’re around, so you can imagine I will be the best example when it comes to reviews. I will try to post another view six months from now to let you know how things are going.Don’t skimp! By these instead of the cheaper versions!

I purchased this once and was shocked how well it stuck. I wiped down the stairs with a damp cloth then applied the rugs and pushed them down. 1 year out and they are really on there. It's impressive the amount you have to pull to get it off. You can vaccum it without them coming up. Definitely improved the safety of our wood steps. Just got some for our basement steps and they are working great too. The fabric is cushioned but also give you good grip when you wearing socks.

Purchased two packages of these for 19 painted wood stair/steps to bonus room. Two weeks of daily traffic & only one piece did not stay in place & was replaced with a spare. These treads stay in place as advertised! Note: Our stairs were freshly primed & painted with porch/floor enamel a few days before installation. The cleanliness of the steps made a difference to grip abilities of the treads IMO. Binding is clean & straight on these. Great value for our application.

I got new hard flooring covering the stairs which used to be carpeted. When I first began using the stairs (bare) I realized they were slippery. I didn't want to put down any adhesive, so I found these and so far they are great. I don't think they have moved an inch since placing them about 1 month ago. It is not a high traffic area and I do not have pets, but they look very very nice and they do the job of keeping me from slipping on the stairs.

True to color. Thin, but well made and look exactly as pictured. They do not slide or move at all. Got them for new house because our 14YO Jack Russell "Terrorist" was struggling to keep his grip and slipping backwards down the stairs. He is very comfortable going up and down now, but the 3YO female JRT tiptoes around them. Hilarious!

They do not stick to the surface of the steps. They are non slip but not adhesive, I had to but 2 sided tape to stick them on the steps to my basement. They are not cat resistant, we are constantly finding pulls when the cat runs up the stairs. They are good enough for the price and for where we wanted to put them and the color is very good

We had a carpeted stairway that didn't suit the house at all. Removed the carpet but found the oak treads a bit too slippery especially for a soon-to-be Newfoundland pup. These were easy to install and excellent adhesion after thoroughly cleaning the wood with just water and a good scrub. Suggestion, do not use anything but water to clean before installation, cleaning solutions can leave a residue making it difficult to get good adhesion.

Fit well and look good. Seem to be good quality. Time will tell.
