Very pleased with it despite it being slightly smaller than expected. Was a present for someone who is ill. As they already have one at their front door, this one is in their car

Plastic NOT Fantastic!
I was really disappointed upon receiving this as it's PLASTIC! I don't feel this was clear at all in the description and it even said "white gold". I now know that was just pertaining to the writing and not the actual mezuzah! I should have guessed, given the price. I'd therefore like to return or exchange it for a more elegant and spiritual one as I will not be putting it anywhere near the entrance to my house!.
