Amazing product
Before I say anything, this is my first ever treadmill so I have nothing to compare it to.The delivery was great (handled by XDP express), I had some troubles about not being home and they managed to follow my instructions sent to them by email. The treadmill is very good, 12km/h is a decent speed and I wouldn't run any faster than that on any treadmill. When I first measured how long the running track was, I thought it would be okay but when I actually got to test it, it was much larger than expected and I have plenty of room to run. I have some issues with friction and the track getting very hot but I am sure I can fix them with the lubricant bottle provided. The plug is a UK 3 pin connector but it also comes with a 2 pin European adapter which is a nice touchThe speakers are good enough to watch TV shows and youtube videos on, but they aren't very good quality which I find fine because I did not buy it for good quality speakers. The heart rate detector only seems to work for me when both hands are on the treadmill and when it does, it registers my pulse as 70 when it is not which again is fine to me because that is not the reason for purchase, in fact I don't care that much because I use my phone as a heart rate monitor. In short, the gimmicks don't work such as the HR monitor and the speakers (speakers work but aren't very good quality). But the treadmills functionality and software is more than outstanding so that is why I gave it a 5 star rating.Only recently purchased, if I have a bad experience or it breaks prematurely or something, I will edit this post. If the post is good then it still works nicely.

Perfect for pensioner exercise
Unbelievable delivery time. Ordered yesterday and arrived at 07:35 this morning. Word of caution for anyone planning to use it in a spare bedroom like me. The treadmill in its packaging weighs 36Kg so carrying it upstairs takes a lot of effort. The upside is the cardboard box is not as slippery as some, so getting a grip of it is not too bad.Assembly is straight forward and is just a case of attaching the handlebars and tablet holder. On my particular unit there were a couple of minor issues. The plastic cover at the rear of the left hand side rail was broken off, ( can be seen in photo 3), awaiting a replacement. After attaching the handlebar to the stand tubes and preparing to fit the cover plates, I realised the clearance holes on the handle bar were obscured by the foam covering, so I had to cut away a little notch (see photos 1 & 2) to allow the cover plate to fit. Finally checked the belt lubrication before using and it appeared to be very dry so applied lubricant as per the manual. The manual had stated that the belt should have been lubricated during manufacture enough for the first 2-3 months use. The belt is a good size for home use. I have measured the exposed useable area as 1120 x 395mm. The tablet holder fitted on the display console has adjustable side clips but are annoyingly right in the middle of my 10" unit right where the usb connector is located so in the photo my tablet is just leaning on them. As expected for the price, the footfall noise is not suppressed so if you are using it in an upper storey room, even just walking will probably annoy anyone below. Motor and belt noise are quite acceptable, like having a desk fan running at medium speed. The deck folds up easily (assisted by a hydrolic spring) just by lifting the back of the deck, and it latches into place (photo4). The manual says to "kick" the support in the area just above the orange plastic in order allow the deck to lower. The phrase "kick" is innapropriate. It should really read something like "apply light pressure with your foot". The deck does not lower completely to the floor until you add more weight by stepping on it. Then you are good to go.p.s. I am a 66 year old pensioner and was able to do all the assembly on my own.Update 4th Nov. Renumbered photo references from original as they are displayed in a different sequence to how submitted

Poor product and terrible customer service
I purchased this treadmill in December 2022 and used it a few times a week. By October the next year the base was completely cracked. As the product was still under warranty I reached out to the company. It has been 5 months now and I still have not received any replacement and now the company refuses to respond to my messages. Do yourself a favour and avoid these complete fraudsters
