Takes hour or so to assemble, instructions were ok. Really like the fact that it folds up out of the way when not using it. Also like that it comes apart into 2 pieces easily for moving around house or into garage etc. I bought a standard 11# weight bar & weights to go with it. Like the side weight lifts for pecs & the foot/arm weight lifts. 100# is all I can bench press since I’m 76 old geezer. Unit is very good value for the money. Very sturdy too.

I bought this because local gyms are super packed and everyone hogs the equipment so I figured this could be a good investment. However, Putting the pieces together would have been easier if they were all marked like with a sticker or something to identify part A, B, C etc. it was a bit confusing assembling it did took me about 2 hours. Could be confusing for us beginners and some nuts and washers where missing so I had to buy them separate.I am 5’11 weighing 215 pounds of twisted steel and sex appeal and I am unable to do the chest expansion, maybe for someone smaller it be no problem.For the leg extension the curl pad gets on the way as well as for the lying leg curl I had to remove it.When doing the preacher curl, I feel as if it’s too small and I don’t get that full curl feeling.This is a great piece of equipment unfortunately only smaller buyers would benefit from it.Storage wise is great as well because it folds but I have it inside my garage so I don’t bother folding it.The material is strong and the leather padding is good as well. Feels comfortable when I am bench-pressing but I do try to be careful with how much weight I add because it’s not a heavy duty piece of equipment like you would find in a gym. Still can’t go wrong for the price.Perfect for beginners as well.

I bought this for my boyfriend/father of my children for Father's Day. It was fairly easy for the two of us to put it together. He did the actual assembling and I was in charge of handing him what he needed and reading instructions. Pretty sturdy and works great for what he needs it for. My favorite part is that it folds up and sits in the corner when he's not using it, so it's out of the way. Good value for the money. Would definitely recommend.

Product arrived earlier than scheduled. No scratched, dented, or damaged parts. Easy to assemble. Constructed of solid, sturdy materials. Small footprint. Has been in use for a couple of weeks and no issues thus far. I am very satisfied with this product. Great for home use!

It's just awkward.Other than that. It's a decent bench. Though I've decided to upgrade to something with more safety features for an old man who lifts alone. Nothing to do with the product. Just something I wished I had considered before buying.

My wife wanted a weight bench and this seemed like a good deal for the price. Instructions were easy to follow and assembly was a breeze. We've both used it quite a bit and it works just as expected no issues.If you're looking for a good quality bench that won't break the bank and can do just about everything, this is it.

Bought this for my son. He loves it. I love that it folds up and doesn’t take up to much space when it’s not in use. It took 2 people to put it together but all the pieces were there and not too much feeling so that was good. It’s very sturdy and seems like it will last a long time.
