Good mid-budget phone
Its a good mid range phone. I was skeptical it would hang due to my previous experience with non flagship samsung phones but surprisingly this one is decent on power and camera. Fingerprint sensor on the side of the phone is bit slow and takes time getting used to. It a good mid range buy when on discount. Expandle memory and audio jack is a plus which are not available in samsung flagship phones these days.

the mobile is not working
i have bought this mobile to my mother and did not open it as it was going to be shipped to her abroad hence when i had someone to send it to her by their hand i opened it and realized the mobile is not turning on tried all the ways by charging it and turning in and off still there is a red message on the screen saying delete the application!! therefore i need a full refund for this item or to be replaced asap!!
