Rugged construction!
I wanted a holder that I could rivet to my boat and would hold up to the weather. I think I found it with this item.

Fits 9” fishing pliers
Perfect for what I need it for. Holds my 9 inch Rapala fishing pliers perfectly! DID come with the steel cable retractable lanyard. The clip on it as a joke so I’ll just used the split ring to attach the knot tool. The clip on the actual sheath is awesome because I’m not always wearing a belt when fishing. Plus it’s easy to take on/off of a molle strap.

Works well and great value.
Not a lot of bells and whistles to talk about here, but this is a nice addition to my fishing bag. The Velcro strap holds the pliers securely, while being easy to remove with one hand. The retractable clipper unit works well and keeps you from fumbling in your bag or pocket when you need to cut line. The slide on keeper can go over a belt or slide into your pocket, so you don't have to wear a belt to use this. The retractable clipper unit is $6.00+ alone, so this is a good value in my opinion.

Need plied holders for fishing... Great this
My old plier holders were toast. I need something to hold my saltwater pliers on my hip. This was great. I even clipped my boomrang tool to the holder. The only thing I didn't like is the retractable cord broke the first day.

Very small
Well made holster however you may have a hard time finding a small enough pair of pliers to fit. Very small possibly wire strippers small but my regular pliers will not fit even my needle nose don't fit. I have a fold out multi-tool that I thought might fit but too small for that as well.

Great plier holder!
I use a pair of Berkley 6In Xcd Straight Nose Pliers 6", and Hemostat with this holder, both fit it well. I also have a small pair of nail clippers attached to the retractable lanyard. It fits on a belt nicely, and doesn't get in the way. It's a great part of my fishing kit.
