When I couldn’t figure out why my teeth didn’t feel clean after using this, an internet search revealed this device is made to use in conjunction with a toothbrush. It does not replace a toothbrush completely. Maybe that was stated somewhere on the listing, but it was sure a surprise to me. Additionally, the instructions were very poorly translated and made no sense at all. Like, there weren’t any complete sentences, but just strings of random words. Do not recommend. Ever.

This product will motivate you to brush your teeth much more often. There are three different modes for intensity and it's very efficient at cleaning your teeth. It cleans your teeth from top to bottom all at once. I use it to do all of the heavy lifting, then I like to finish with a manual toothbrush and toothpaste because you still need to brush your tongue of course, but this device really gets the job done well. I use it at the maximum vibration for 30 seconds at a time for 10 times - a total of 5 minutes because it's extremely effective. The "on" timer lasts for 30 seconds when you activate it and then the brush will turn itself off to conserve battery, but you can immediately turn it back on to continue brushing however long you like. It has a smart memory feature that remembers what intensity you were brushing at after it turns off. The silicone bristles are very soft and gentle on teeth, yet they whiten and polish like no tomorrow! Washing them clean afterwards is very easy. I just rinse the brush in running water and simultaneously rub and scrub it clean. 😊 10/10 would buy it again!

I'm amazed at how useless this item is! It doesn't move, just vibrates. The silicon bristles do nothing compared to a toothbrush. Worse, I wanted this to clean at the gumline, but it doesn't even reach that high, and my teeth aren't large!I bought this because I'm lazy about cleaning the back of my teeth. It's hard to back there. This looked like the perfect solution...but, no...Back to my toothbrush : /

After just 2 weeks of use it's leaking battery acid from around charging contacts. I suspect it's because of poor contact with charging pins as the device isn't heavy enough to depress the pins fully resulting in a poor and intermittent power connection.

Weak motors, leaves you feeling like you need to brush your teeth. I would look elsewhere.

Failed After 10 Minutes

I bought it for my child to use, but within two days of using it, it stopped working and no longer vibrates. This is very disappointing
