Noticed the energy right the next day! I wake up bright eyed. I bought pineapple and peach flavored. the pineapple not so tasty. Peach was fine. But they say people like orange and grape so I will try that next time.

I have always been a great fan of natural supplements. I do not trust conventional western medicine AT ALL, and I do not even take aspirin.I started taking this product and would like to continue taking it. However, at a high dose,After researching on Arginine products, it appears that in order for arginine to be effective, a much larger amount of L Citrulline is needed than the one provided on Cardio for Life. Cardio for Life contains only 200 mgs per scoop. Apparently, the right arginine/citrulline ratio must be 3 to 1. Cardio for Life has a ratio of 25 to 1.I have been reading on another product,-"Arginine Cardio",- that is NOT for sale here on Amazon. I learned about this product elsewhere and it is the one Larry King uses with success. I also saw a video on YouTube where Larry King mentions how “Arginine Cardio” has benefited him.Arginine Cardio was formulated by Dr. Rainer Boger, a German doctor who has been researching arginine for over 25 years. Dr Boger claims that the amount of arginine, while important, does not matter as much as the arginine/citrulline ratio. Dr Boger left Synergy because the company refused to use a higher amount of citrulline to meet his standards.Dr Boger claims that arginine is very short lived and the only way to obtain a constant supply of nitric oxide is use a higher amount of citrulline.
