Advertised syndrome and sent a different toy.
Spent a fiver for a mini-figure which I think is premium price - predominantly on the basis that I promised my son he could have one for great behaviour. He was immensely excited to receive it. However was immensely disappointed when he opened it to see it wasn’t syndrome (as advertised, as paid for) but a completely different character. Please resolve as quickly as possible to attenuate an annoyed father and disappointed son.
