Love the accessibility of how it is written. I think this book does a great job at summarizing a broad spectrum of art history. If you’re using this for the Art Praxis, it’s relevant.

I crammed this in just over a week, and it was incredibly helpful in giving me an overall picture of art history. It doesn't give thorough understanding of art-making, but I wasn't expecting it to. 10/10 a great book to have on your shelf--even if you're just a casual art appreciator. Honestly, it increased my interest in knowing more about artists and the art they create.

Great way to learn! Quick and easy to learn art! So fun and easy to read. Required for my college class and was cheaper on Amazon and of course received it much quicker!

I got this for a college course and we only needed to read 4 chapters from the book but I ended up reading the whole thing. This book helps you learn more in a very simplified way. I didn’t feel like a lot of random information was being thrown at me. Would recommend
