This reading is full of insights and wisdom and gives a lot of food for thoughts. It looks at relationships from a totally new perspective and still does not provide universal advice valid in all situations. What it gives is an alternative point of view quite different from what we are used to hear every day. I found myself in some of the stories and it helped me understand hidden difficulties I am facing. I don't agree with everything Helinger says but only considering the issues is already of great value. Especially important for me is the relation with ex-partners - here the book can help a lot to everyone, I believe. I am still hesitant about the method of family constelations mainly due to the abilities of some facilitators and participants taking it too seriously but the book goes much beyond the method itself.It is very easy to read and it goes really fast. I recommend it to anybody with interest in self-development, who is open to new points of view. It surely helps not only to understand our partner better but also oursleves. A must read!

Amazing

I bought the book because it promised no 'quick-fixes'. I wanted something worth thinking about and this book gave me just that. Profound and emotional truths. I always felt a presence of my extended family in my relationships and so the concept of the constellations intrigued me. Having never done one, I am still a bit skeptical. However, the book is not just that. Bert Gellinger has an unbelievably accurate insight into relationships. I found myself reading his deceptively simple truths and a little light would go on because the concepts seem to verbalize ideas I've known to be true, but never articulated. These concepts alone make the book invaluable.Additionally, it's a quick read - it's not bogged down with psycho babble. It's direct and thought provoking.

This incredible work I have experienced in person, along with a roomful of others, some strangers, some friends, we all were amazed and shocked at the seemingly magical results when applying and utilizing these "family constellation" suggestions. Experience the absence of separation and the knowing of our oneness as strangers accept an unknown role and fill it in mystical and magical sequence, with a knowing beyond their own comprehension. OMG

Excellent for a behind the scenes constellation of human block to love made very clear. I loved this book. Very enlightening and a relief to read.
