After initial charge, tried the battery out on a heated vest I already had. Design of this battery better than the one the vest came with and now have a couple backup's. Would recommend and purchase again !

I ordered these portable chargers because I needed a portable charger with a DC 7.4V output. They are not very big and bulky like some other ones on the market and they are lightweight which I like along with the carbon fiber look. I haven’t had the need to use them yet so I can’t speak to how well they work or not and how long the battery life is but I can speak about my customer service experience with this company. I purchased these portable chargers before Amazon Prime Day and have noticed they went on sale during that time. I reached out to the company and asked if they would give me a price adjustment since I’d recently purchased them right before they went on sale and they kindly and quickly reimbursed me the price difference with no problem at all. I was pleased to know they operate with this level of great customer service. This gives me the confidence and peace of mind of knowing that can shop with a company whom cares about their customers’ experience and assures their customers’ satisfaction.

Got this and it looks pretty solid. Smooth, heavy, and small. It definitely seems like it'll hold up all my gadgets for a long trip, which is what I'll be doing today, writing this. I haven't used it yet, but that's what I'm planning to do.

I bought it to use with my heated blanket and seems to work great. I can also use this for my phone since it had the other outputs.

I posted this review after playing around with this gizmo for a few weeks. This portable charger has a sleek design and powerful performance. It's compact, lightweight, and fits effortlessly into my substantial front pocket. The battery capacity is pretty good, and it even has multiple ports, which was a nice addition. Most impressively, it is reliable.

Hello everyone,After testing this device I found that it works appropriately and I have experienced no defects or faults.I purchased this item to charge my iPad while storing it. I like the large capacity because I can fully charge my iPad in my vehicle without having to plug it into an outlet. I then instead of charging the iPad directly, just charge this battery and use it to charge the iPad when it needs refreshed. I have not experienced any connectivity issues after testing.I have found it to be a conveniently sized device, it to big to store and it provides a lot of power for its small footprint. The biggest pro to this device is the large 20000mah battery capacity. I have an iPad pro with an expected 30000mah battery capacity, so this device will almost completely charge it when it is depleted which is awesome. I can get an additional 5-10 hours of use out of my iPad where smaller battery banks will deplete quickly this one will last a long time.The build quality is what I would consider to be average. It is well made, it feels durable, but I wouldn't want to drop it on concrete. It is not a reinforced material, it is just a plastic case with the battery electronics inside.Note: This device also has a 3.5mm DC output which I found to be a value because most devices of this sort do not have this connection. I haven't been able to test this connection however, I don't have a device that uses the output.Overall I have been extremely pleased with the quality of this device and I would suggest it to anyone.Great product, 5 stars for immense value. Similar devices of this quality and half the battery capacity can easily cost you just as much. Great price. I also received this item undamaged and packed well. This will be fine for a lot of heated clothes, but it doesn't cover everything, so be sure to check your power requirements first.As an all-purpose power bank it's pretty good. Decent capacity, and supports rapid charging (but not turbo from what I can tell)It recharges pretty slowly, which is kind of a pain, but it is better for battery longevity. It's not a huge deal, just be sure to plan ahead if you need it charged.

Really good product, last so long charge fully 4times

Firstly, and importantly, this is 7.2v, so make sure you don't need 5v or some other option.Bought as a spare for a heated gilet/vest used for fushing.Arrived fully charged, and after several cycles draining completely and fully recharging (its Li-ion) its now running at full capacity and is excellent.Recharge takes an overnight plug in but nothing unusual in that.Overall, I'd recommend this.
