I'm a ramen junkie: I make ramen a LOT. I came across these accidentally - I was actually looking for a new mini saucepan specifically for ramen, and thought, OK, that has my name on it. I'm exceptionally pleased with how well this works: it boils the water in no time flat, and cleans up with just a swipe of the soapy sponge - and the sponge was included, too! The steamer is just right for steaming a portion of vegetables to toss into your ramen. This is also fabulous for canned soup, as it heats it even faster than my gas stovetop. I'm using it for steaming veggies for dinner, too, to free up a burner on the stove when several other things are being prepared. But this makes my ramen habit even easier to indulge. Very pleased with this little pot. A non-scratching spoon was also included, which is very handy. The glass lid makes it easy to check on your food without having to remove the lid. The lower heat setting works quite well to heat small portions of meat, sauce, scrambled eggs, etc. It all packs up neatly for travel (the cord, sponge, and spoon all fit inside the steamer). Where has this thing been all my life?!

You can cook , warm , boil , steam, just ABOUT anything! And it goes from cold to 🔥 HOT in seconds! Cool on the outside! Quick clean up rince and wipe! Great for single, dorms, office , seniors, ( I use it my tv room) where I can watch it! Not forget about something on the big stove in the kitchen. Just want to make a little pot of something.Or a warm pot of cider , when you have a cold. It just fits so many needs !👍

The lowest setting is a tad too hot — it’s Medium High where I’d prefer Medium. I wish there were more than two settings. Forget it if you need Low.And there’s a weird raised circle at the bottom of the inside of the pan. I’d much rather the bottom be smooth.Other than that, it’s an attractive design (cute enough that I leave it on the countertop) and it feels sturdy and well made. I use it every morning to make a scrambled egg breakfast bowl and again at lunchtime for soup or ramen. It’s very easy to clean.

The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and stage 4 kidney disease. Therefore I have specific diet needs. I am on a low sodium, liw protein, liw phosphorus and potassium diet as well as being vegetarian. Noone else in my household is on any part of this type of diet. So, when it comes to my meals I like to make them in separate pots and pans, I have a whole counter dedicated to my electric meal prep gadgets. I like using the small hotpots this way I can just cook everything together. My last one worked well, but was stainless steel on the inside, and only had one cook setting. So sometimes I would end up with burnt veggies if I didn't jeep an eye on it. This also meant that I had to scour the pot after letting it soak. This pot has changed all that!This is a deeper and larger capacity multicooker with a nonstick coating. It has 2 cook settings, so if I have to walk away my food will not burn as quickly. I love this steamer, I never liked steaming my vegetables because it took too long, I swear with this multicooker that time has been cut in half! Mind you it will get very hot on the high cook setting, but to quick steam veggies it's very handy. This multi cooker us very well built, and all of the parts: steam rack and lid fit perfectly together. I have no fear of either one falling off if I pick it up by the handle. It is very versatile, I go from steaming veggies pour out the water add either oil or broth then make a soup, all usually with 15 to 20 minutes and my food is done. The cleanup is so easy with the the coating on the inside, a little soap and warm water and voila! It's in the drain rack.I woukd like to also mention that I like to take my cookers on vacation with me to hotels. Since its pretty hard to find appropriate Kraus when on vacation, next time we go I will definitely be bringing this and my trusty rice cooker! Buy it, you won't regret it!

As a singleton you doesn't love to cook much this right here has changed the game for me!1. It can hold a surprising amount (2 boxes of Mac and Cheese plus Hotdogs)2. The clean up is a breeze, truly, some caution needs to be had, but I have had no issues3. One pot at its finest, literally you can go from cooking to eating, the outside gets warm but not hot, game changer, caveat being I have yet to try it using extended cooking time such as with a soup4. For someone who genuinely does not love to cook, this has me excited to cook, but that could be the novelty, but I'll take it

Took it out of the package and a rattling sound of something loose was on the inside right away. I put it right back in the box and returned it. It has a good handle, so it is easy to hold which makes it easy to clean. The temperature dial was impossible to read due to no markings telling you if it is off, on, medium, or high. You have to plug it in and hope it lights up to see if the pot is actually on or off. I will give it another chance if I can get one that does not come out of the box internally broken.

The surface cover is not very good and sticky. The weak power mode is too strong and makes you periodically turn it off/on to get the right temperature.But it's small and nice looking.So I would say it would be ok for very basic and short cooking but there are better options on the marking if you don't mind something a bit bigger.

Very nice looking product. Small enough to fit in my luggage so I can bring this to the hotel. It heats up easily. I love it.

Ich habe diesen Hot Pod von Audecook nun mehrere Monate im Einsatz und ausgiebig genutzt.Um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen: Ich bin nach wie vor begeistert von diesem praktischen Gerät.Das Kochen geht damit trotz der geringen Leistung sehr schnell. Um etwas aufzuwärmen reicht sogar die kleine Leistungsstufe.Die Antihaftbeschichtung des Topfs ist sehr gut. Nichts setzt an und die Beschichtung sieht immer noch aus wie am ersten Tag. Da wird sogar die Reinigung zur Freude und ist in einer Minute erledigt - ausspülen, abtrocknen, fertig.Allerdings verwende ich nur Kochbesteck aus Kunststoff oder Bambus und bin entsprechend vorsichtig um die Beschichtung nicht zu beschädigen. Der mitgeliefert Kochlöffel ist sehr gut und eignet sich für die meisten Aufgaben.Ich habe noch einen anderen Hot Pot aus Edelstahl. Da haftet immer etwas an und macht die Reinigung entsprechend mühselig. Deshalb nutze ich nur noch den Audecook.Öfter wird in den Rezensionen kritisiert, dass der Griff und die Außenschale aus Kunststoff sind. Das ist richtig. Aber mich stört dies nicht da es nicht die Funktion beeinträchtigt.Ich kann diesen Topf jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem Hot Pot ist.

Impressed with the quality of this electric streamer .I can use it to prepare all day meals without any other tools! Its best for steaming potatoes or buns is so convenient! heats up very quick and doesn't stick to the base. perfect for cooking by yourself or traveling and also easy to clean. It makes my cooking life much easier. I really love it.
