It’s a gentle sweet taste supplement that supposed to help you maintain belly fat or bowl movement. I want to like this but I’m not sure if it’s really working. I didn’t follow it to drink consistently bit it doesn’t seems like it’s really helping my stomach. Try mixing this drink in warm water helps in the winter. End up giving the second box away since I cannot sent this back.

Disgusting taste.
It does not taste like pomegranate, it tastes like medicine. Actually, medicine tastes better. I can't even find out if it works because I can't bring myself to swallow it. Try the cutting jelly instead, you can actually consume it. And it works.

Cured my stomach cramps!
This stuff basically cured my IBS! I’ve struggled with IBS M and have had painful stomach cramps at least once a week for years. I started drinking this twice a week and I haven’t had issues since!! I went through the whole pack just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. I do want to note that this has possibly had me more drinking more water, so that could be contributing to the ease of my symptoms. I’ve been more “regular” and feel less bloated. The taste of this isn’t amazing but not terrible either.

Bad taste
Taste terrible, I cant drink it. Has a bad after taste in my mouth like flavored chalk. Only used it 2x and unfortunately I won't be finishing the box.
