Apocalypse Tamer 4: A LitRPG Adventure

Quite the conclusion to this series. Tied pretty much everything up in neat and tidy bow overall, (even if very little of the content was actually “neat”). Some small parts or things that I may not have liked or were irritated about but those weren’t enough to make me really dislike it. As with all the previous ones there was quite a lot going on with a mostly satisfactory conclusion. Fun and wacky, fully interesting Sci-Fi/Fantasy aspects throughout. Was definitely entertaining to the end.

I am giving this book 5 stars due to its great nature tying up many stories and series from the author together and giving a much nicer cohesive story line with a satisfying ending. However I found the actual story told in this one to be bellow some of their other work. While I think that Void Herald is undoubtedly one of the better writers in LitRpg Unfortuently it feels like he fell into the classic litrpg issues with this story. This book should only be read as a culmination form the rest of his cateloge and is not a good place to start (try either perfect run or vaniqure instead)

A wonderful conclusion to a truly enjoyable series. I am going to miss reading about the Bohen’s and their adventures.

I enjoyed reading this book very much and I recommend this book to anyone who likes LitRPG and progression type of books with dungeons and invasion themes.

So first and foremost this series is not for all, unless you can deal with jokes and pointless banter to wait for the real meat of the story you will not enjoy it. However if you do persevere it's an amazing book that deals with very dark subjects. Every single character has loving depth even the enemies and the author doesn't shy away from death of loved ones. In some way I feel this is one of the best system rpg style books out there

This whole series was a Joy to read. Loved the main character, Basil as well as Vasi, Plato, Shellgirl etc.. the conclusion wrapped up the series nicely . Looking forward to reading more works from this author.

This has been quite the journey, and while satisfied with where it lead, I feel there is more story to tell, more adventures to be had, more friends to "tame" and more villains to vanqueuish. I look forward to more Bohen adventures, and maybe more multiversal shenanigans. Keep up the good work!

All the feels. You are an evil monster. I am not sure I can forgive what you have done. The book was well written with good editing. But you will not be forgiven for your evil transgressions!

A fitting conclusion to a great series.I won't lie and say it was a happy ending, I certainly ended in tears anyway, but it was the ending that needed not wanted.Would to see some further adventures though

This is one of the best series in LitRPG genre with a satisfying conclusion. Loved the characters, the way they evolved and overall a satisfying conclusion. I hope Maxime continues the story of Bohen as they now have the whole multiverse to explore and add more team members.

I am beyond impressed by the series and the skill with which the author weaves this story. It has been a long time since I was so invested in a story and in the characters as I was here. Thank you Maxime. I eagerly await new works of art like this one.

I was hooked from the first book and enjoyed every second reading the series.It wraps up nicely leaving me sad it’s finished but fully satisfied
