This adapter is great for older cars or speakers without Bluetooth. It paired quickly and the sound quality is solid. I use it with my phone for music in the car and it works flawlessly. Battery life is good. Great value for the price.

This bluetooth adapter has been great. I've never had connection or quality issues with it nor do you hear static or anything like that in the background. I will say the battery life is good but it is kind of hard to catch when it is dying so I opted to leave it plugged in all the time. Additionally the one button is a little confusing to operate at first especially when you are trying to connect a device but after you get everything set up it is good and easy to use.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great product and functionality. The sound quality is amazing, unlike a few other cheaper versions of this. I haven't had it long so not sure about the battery life, but I m expecting good things.

I finally have Bluetooth in my 2014 Mazda CX-5! I just wanted to be able to play audiobooks and music from my phone without having to connect a thousand cables first, and for that this thing is spot on.Pairing this adapter with my Moto Stylus 5G (with Android 12) was easy, and now it automatically connects every time I get in my car. I also had no trouble connecting the adapter to the car itself; the center console storage ... box?... thingy?... has the aux port - a standard headphone jack - and a usb port, so I just leave the thing plugged in in my center console all the time.I have not tried making a call with it nor have I done anything else with the microphone so I can't rate those features yet. However, for being able to play audiobooks and music from my phone via Bluetooth, this does exactly what I wanted.And, fwiw, I have not noticed any sound distortion with spoken word or music (although the stock radio in the Mazda isn't great to begin with, so who knows).My only beef with this adapter is that you can't turn it off. This is annoying and potentially problematic. For one, the range is really high and I keep finding that it remains connected to my phone even once I'm inside and upstairs, with my audiobook or podcast playing without me realizing it. Sure I could unplug the USB cable, but the battery holds a charge for a few hours so that doesn't solve the problem. Plus, I don't want to have to fiddle with cables the next time I get into my car.My biggest concern, however, is that if it's always on, then it's always pulling a little bit from the car battery even when the car is turned off. I doubt that the draw is enough to significantly impact the battery in the short term, but what if I go out of town for a few weeks and forget to unplug the adapter from the car before I go?That said, I'm still happy with this little adapter. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, it was very easy to set up, and it doesn't negatively impact audio quality, at least for me. I just wish I could turn it off.

Works good and has volume control also

Got this for my boyfriend's car. He struggled between charging his phone or aux, so this was great. It is not only affordable but has good connectivity as soon as it was plugged in i was able connect with one click. Charges quick, lasts a good time. We also liked that there were two options to connect. The box is small and easy not in the way.

Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed in this little bluetooth adapter. While the device works, appears built well, and has no connection issues, the audio quality from the internal DAC is pretty poor. There is a distinct lack of highs and the bass is very muddy. There is a small amount of audible hum when your speakers also at high volume levels and no music is playing, although it is less than other devices I've tried.On the positive side it's very compact, and is very reasonably priced. The latency is decent, and the included cables and 3.5mm extension are nice.I'm just disappointed in the audio quality. If played on poor speakers you might not notice, but in my car I absolutely noticed. I'm giving 3 stars because the device does work, and I should have no expected so much from such a cheap device, but here we are anyways.
