This tape really works. All the others I have tried always slip off because my feet sweat so much. Absolutely the best for your heels while hiking or any other area you may have a blister or may think you might get a blister. Put it on before you hike and you will not get a blister. It stayed put literally for three days. Finally, I peeled it off.

Since I’ve used Leukotape on my heels, I have not developed any more blisters when using my backcountry touring boots. The tape is flexible and comfortable.

Athletic tape and duct tape often won't stick when wet. But Leukotape P does. Moderately easy to tear by hand. Perfect for blister prevention or protection in hiking boots. It does leave a sticky zinc adhesive residue, but it can be removed with baby oil.

I literally summited Mt. Rainier with my heel ripped open, and had no issues because of this exact tape. In fact, it was the mountain guides who recommend it.

Love it! It is the most reliable support for your sore tendons, joints and muscles.I have used all different brands of Kinesiology Tapes which in comparison to the Leukotape, was of minimal support and more likely to irritate, leave blisters or tear your skin off.You must have the roll of (Cover Roll Tape) as the 1st layer skin protective: White Adhesive Cover tape on your skin before applying the Strong-bound Leukotape onto it, it feels like a soft cast, holds firm and allows free-movements and can alleviate the pain if you apply it correctly.Best thing about it, is its similar to the Kinesiology tape is that it can also stay on your skin for up to a few days, dries fast as it is waterproof and breathable for the healthy skin no open wounds.It does take a little time applying it, as you must be very careful not to have the tenacious Leukotape adhese directly onto your skin. I was under the impression this was really quality stuff. But the adhesive comes through the fabric and if you wear it under a layer like a sock or something like that and it warms up, it leaves a giant sticky mess on the sock. Not worth the hassle
