DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!, YOU’LL REGRET IT IF YOU DO. The one that I purchased came with defective parts, and would not charge nor run. Now, I understand that there’s infant-mortality, however, KKA wanted me to pay for its return and take it to a postal service. I’m a disabled war-vet and have great difficulty going anywhere. I was promised an IMMEDIATE REFUND PRIOR TO SENDING IT BACK, this was a stalling tactic, since it didn’t occur. I have now spent nearly two weeks trying to get the issue solved without any success.

Had this scooter for a day and I’ve only taken it out for a little 30-45 minute cruze but it’s working great. I wheigh somewhere between 120/145 and the 3 speeds are super fast and zippy for me. Only issue I have is the scooter is top heavy, so if you hit the electric brake super hard you could go flying forward and face plant. My advice to anyone would be to use the foot brake first to slow down, then if you need it engage the electric brake just slightly and it’ll stop perfectly.

I have the black one. I actually love this thing. I don't know how I survived without this beforehand. I'm 6'3 205, I also have one of my 99 percentile kids (2,5) ride with me and it still has power to go up sidewalks and street 15-30 angles. Am not lying. Also the battery life is pretty good. I only wish it were skinnier and lighter. Trust me I tried out the other competitors, like GoTrax, this thing is 10x better than gotrax. The gotrax was only lighter. Couldn't go up a slight angled sidewalk. You will enjoy it. It's like having a SEGWAY.
