This lock is well made and easy to use. The cover over the chain protects the finish on my new Ebike. I do recommend the 43" lock and have returned a shorter one ordered from another vendor that wasn't long enough to go around much other than a parking meter. Well worth the money...

I have gone through 4 or 5 bike locks in the past 2 years and this one is the best I've ever had. Very simple to use, has a mechanism that locks the key in until you lock the bike up. Looks very durable but I have only had it for about 3 weeks. Great product.

This is an awesome bike lock! I have liked it from the beginning and honestly I like it more every day. It is long enough to wrap through the frame and both wheels (at least on a 54cm frame), so I can keep the bike well secured. I love the idea of a key vs. a combination...I just never felt that combination locks were as secure, so I like the idea of having a key. the fact that the chain is covered with fabric helps keep my carbon frame from getting all tore up. lastly, the chain is flexible enough that it allows me to store the lock by wrapping it around my seatpost. Overall, I'm very very happy with this lock and would definitely buy it again. If I had any suggest on improving it, I would like to see different length chains available to suit everyone's needs equally, as I imagine on larger frames the chain wouldn't be long enough to secure both wheels and the frame, if that's your preference for locking the bike up.

This bike chain worried me at first due to the lack of reviews but it seemed the safest to me compared to other bike chains in the same price range.- First, the build and feel is good, the nylon fabric seems tough and durable, doesnt scratch my frame so its good for me although it does add significant weight to your bike but nothing major. The part where the lock meets the chamber, the housing, is made out of some sort of plastic but good enough. It does have a very comfortable durable feel to it.- Secondly, the length and strength of the chain. the length seems true as advertised im about 6'1 and it seems about 4 feet from my foot to my upper hip. The strength is the main question because i cannot lift the fabric without ripping it but i believe what is advertised. I pulled hard on it to see if it would hold up and obviously did but you never know. Seems very sturdy, hopefully it doesnt get stolen due to it being cut but i doubt it because i wouldnt leave my bike in the open for too long. i wouldnt trust it locked for a while alone with this chain it is a little thin but im not complaining too much.-Third, the keys are very small and function as they should, u get two. the only thing i dont like about the keys is that when you unlock your bike you cant release the key without re locking it, if you look at the pictures with my keys, the keys are still hanging off the chamber. it shows you cannot remove your keys without re locking your bike. but, again, nothing major.overall i like this chain, it does what it says and i got what i paid for. I know no bike lock is unbreakable but hopefully this will be the only lock ill need for my bike.

Alright look. I gave someone a review of 5 stars then it ended up being crap. With that being said- This product gets 5 stars because my bike has not been stolen, it stretches long so I’m not struggling, & it’s easy to use. This product is not flawed whatsoever. I highly recommend this product!

I use this on the rack on my camper to secure items, camping chair etc. It locks easily, and flexible to fit through items and the black cover looks nicer than just using a chain. I just received it so can’t speak to longevity as it’s exposed to the elements but the lock area is covered so I think it should be fine.

I bought this lock in January, it was good and easy to use at first.But after one month, the lock started falling apart. The cap first fell off, and the key slot was exposed. I could still use it, so I didn’t bother.However, after another month, it got even worse. More parts fell off and the whole cover is loose (shown in the picture). It might still work, but it doesn’t seem far from being completely broken.Today, it won’t even lock when I push the head in, and I have to turn the key very hard in order to lock it.This product totally disappoints me, I bought it also because it says “Amazon’s choice”, now I don’t think it is worth the title.
