Mic does not work properly, no clarity 😞
The headphones are great but the mic does not work, no clarity when u talk on the mic. They need to improve this part.

Good budget headphones
The audio of headphones is above average by default there is no option to configure the Audio settings in razor synapse and the directional of the foot steps are insane very good for the gaming. When comes to comfort it's a okish headset because of the clamping mechanism it's not sealed perfectly and it's not resting uniformly. Only one big concern don't ever try to download the Razer 7.1 surround sound the reason they didn't mentioned in anywhere in the manual or packing for any newer models because it's already baked in and if you downloaded then it will makes your headphones as 2 output device one for stereo and one for 7.1 you have to manually select the default output device everytime and hell it's hectic, I can't resolve the issue. But if you didn't download that it's a good gaming headphones

Bad Build Quality
Sound quality is decent but the product is flimsy. Mine broke in half within a year of use. Don't go for plastic. I replaced it with the SBX H6 and its still going strong after 3 yrs of use.

Mic stopped working right after one month
This will be my last razer product , don't buy razer products. The amount of stuff you have to claim the warranty is insane .
