This entire process has been almost comical. I purchased the trimmers , received them and it didn’t work. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone, I don’t know if this company has a customer service department. To add insult to injury, not only did the trimmers not work they have yet to refund my money and it’s been almost 2 weeks. I don’t have an issue with a process, but when you know you putting garbage products on the market make it easier for your customers to return them! ! I didn’t need the trimmers to be perfect, but the fact there was not one person I could speak to about my concerns, well I come from an era where my money is respected more and for that reason I will never do business with this company again.

dont get the trimmer. waste of money stoped working mid cut same with the clipper. blade cuts good but trimmer is bad. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK NOT WORTH SPENDING ALMOST 200 DOLLARS

It's nice to get what you pay for. I'm not a professional, but you’d never guess that I cut my husband's hair it looks great thanks to the clipper's ease of use.
