this is a great product that my wife uses to help control her type 2 diabetes. it is advised to use it in conjunction with regular allopathic medications but it has cut down the quantity that she uses but a lot.the packaging was secure and no breakages noted. the time was adequate, I knew it was coming from far.but I recommend this product for people who have diabetes and want a help to control it.
