I like that the taste isnt too bad and it slightly assists with sleep and restlessness. This is a great alternative to melatonin and other sleep aids.

I love tart cherries, but I did not know of the many benefits they may provide. The possible benefit that drove my decision to order this supplement was that it may reduce inflammation. My foot is swollen in the evening, ever since I had foot surgery a few months ago. I had hoped to find a more natural relief agent than acetaminophen, this Tart Cherry extract by WishGarden Herbs may be just the natural remedy I was hoping to find.I take it straight, and the flavor is quite tart. I got it for gout, since people say tart cherry helps, but I feel like the recommended dose feels very light, especially when it says to dilute in water. Not sure I feel anything regarding sleep aide. Taste is tolerable

I did take this during the day and I didn't feel too terribly relaxed, but I love the herbal remedies and how easy they are to use. It's definitely a good one to have in the cupboard. It works as intended and as advertised. It is very gentle and not super strong.

All the benefits of tart cherry juice when you don’t have the juice on hand. Great for helping me fall asleep and stay asleep. The taste is exactly what you would expect. The ingredients are clean and pure so I feel comfortable using this supplement. I’ve taken it straight but tonight I’m going to make a cute little magnesium cocktail that I’ve seen online and I just know it’s going to be amazing.

I'm a terrible sleeper and have daily trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I've tried many methods but they haven't worked for me. I've tried this for the last 3 or 4 nights and have fallen asleep easier and actually slept til early morning, which is huge for me. I put 4 squirts of the cherry juice in a little water and drink it shortly before I go in. It tastes fine and is easy to drink. At 4 squirts though, this bottle will only last me about 10 nights. Considering the price, that's about $2.50 a night to help me fall asleep. That's rather expensive so I'll see if I'll continue it but hopefully it will start a new pattern.

I have taken tart cherry in a few different forms. The 100% juice is very strong tasting so I thought I might have a problem with this as well but I decided to give it a try. The ingredients seemed pretty straightforward to me but the flavor of these drops ended up being too much for me. And it wasn't the tart cherry flavor that was the problem, my guess is it's the organic alcohol. I can still taste the bad flavor no matter what kind of beverage I mix these drops with. After using this I've decided to stick with the 100% juice I had taken previously.
