I recently purchased the Ousmile Basketball Scoreboard, and I have to say, it has exceeded my expectations! This scoreboard is incredibly multifunctional, making it perfect not only for basketball but also for other sports like football, volleyball, and baseball. It features all the essential functions such as Time, Points, Period, Possession, and Bonus, which makes it a very versatile addition to our games.The scoreboard is also quite easy to read. The size is just right (37.6x24.9x2.3cm), and the red, yellow, and green displays provide excellent visibility, even from a distance. The LEDs are super bright, which is fantastic for outdoor games, as everyone can see the scores clearly.One of the standout features for me is the remote control. With a range of 30.5 meters, I can adjust scores without having to run back and forth. This feature really keeps the game flowing smoothly and allows for easy management during competitive matches.The battery life is impressive as well. The scoreboard runs on recyclable batteries and lasts up to 5 hours on a full charge, which is more than adequate for a day full of games, whether indoors or outside.Lastly, I love the flexibility in installation options. The scoreboard can be wall-mounted, placed on a table, hung up, or set on a tripod (though the tripod isn’t included). This adaptability makes it easy to set up for any sport and in various locations.Overall, I highly recommend the Ousmile Scoreboard for anyone looking for a reliable and functional scoreboard. It has certainly enhanced our gaming experience!

When I got the chance to order the 'Ousmile Basketball Scoreboard with Timer Clock, Digital Scoreboard with Remote' I did so because I help at a scout group and social club that has amongst it's assets a slightly run down sports hall. There is no official scoreboard and I wouldn't leave one there because unfortunately it would grow legs or be vandalised once our backs are turned so a portable one is great.Having a portable scoreboard definitely enhances the experience the members who don't (or can't) play can be involved by running the scoreboard.Inside the box are the scoreboard, a small stand, some fixing screws, USB lead with plug and the remote. The scoreboard itself looks to be of excellent quality and the remote is comprehensive and robust - though I would take a photo of the keys as I get the impression (which could be wrong) that the writing on the keys will wear out over time.In use and as a basic scoreboard with time this works wonderfully and is very, very bright. On the lowest brightness setting it is very visible, as you work up to the brightest is is incredibly bright and stands out even in the brightest lit room. You can either power through USB-C (led and plug included) or with three 18650 batteries.The basic commands on the remote (which is the only way to score are pretty self explanatory, home and guest double ended buttons either raise or lower the corresponding score. Poss left and right changes the possession arrows on the scoreboard, the foul buttons activate the foul light etc. There are also bespoke buttons for 1, 2 and 3 point score addons. A double ended period button changes the periods (1 through 9).So just to confirm as a countdown timer, a possession indicator and a scoreboard this excels. It is incredibly bright, vibrant and easy to read. I think this can also be used as a scoreboard for football, table tennis (though without sets), volleyball, netball, snooker pool (for counting frames) and badminton etc. As the score limit is 199 it would not be suitable for cricket.What I am slightly let down by is the very lacklustre instructions which do not go any way to explain some of the more perplexing buttons such as timer reset, 14s reset etc. The internal buzzer is extremely loud when turned on but I have not discovered at what point it will sound or how to manually sound it (apart from when setting level).At a price of £123.98 this does seem initially expensive, however it is clear to see that the LEDs are commercial grade and are much brighter than anything you would find in the normal home.I've taken a star off because of the poor instructions and lack of understanding how to use some of the functions shown on the remote.
