Excellent after-sales service
The Silva office is really helpful. The wind speed function on the unit I bought (through Amazon) was not working properly. Silva replied to my emails very promptly. They asked me to return the unit to them and replaced it with a new one which is working fine. So well worth contacting them (at [email protected]) if you have any problems with the unit.

Materials and build feel a bit cheap, quite complex to use, electronic display/interface rather dated, and the illumination function on my supplied item didn't work. So I returned it for a refund.
