GearLight S100 LED Pocket Pen Light- 2 Small, Compact Flashlights with Clip for Tight Spaces, Police Inspection, Nurses & Medical Use - White Light - 2 Pack, (S100 Pen Light)

Following is the letter I just sent to GearLight:My first purchase of GearLight product was about 3 years ago when I thought your 2-pack of Zoomable Tactical Flashlights looked promising. I ultimately found more use for the zoom feature than I had imagined, and light was incredibly bright.Based upon that good experience, when I needed some emergency lights, I tried your LED powered Lamp Lights with Magnetic base and Foldable Hook. Another WOW.I don't make it a practice of purchasing untried products in packs of 2's but, based upon 2 previously excellent experiences, I ordered a 2-pack of LED Pocket Pen Lights. After inserting the 2 AAA batteries and flicking them on, I was amazed at how bright such small flashlights could be. That's a solid 3 out of 3 for GearLight!!!But what particularly topped off the experience was the warranty card included in the package -- that if there was a problem, it would be addressed within 24 hours and that there would be "hassle free replacement" with "no return required".Your LED lights are now a staple in different rooms in this household. Thank you for such a wonderful and dependable product.

Seller has redeemed their reputation and I’ve now given 5 Star rating. They’ve sent me a replacement 2 pack, even though only one was defective in the initial order. Both of these work perfectly! The Seller was easy to work with and even includes a card to contact them if there’s any reason the buyer is not 100% satisfied and they responded to my email immediately. I was very impressed and after the several weeks I’ve been using these mini flashlights, they’ve worked perfectly! They give off lots of light and have been dependable. Thank you for your prompt resolution!Out of two flashlights one doesn’t work. I wish I’d stuck with a bigger name because one of these flashlights didn’t work and quite possibly is a fire hazard. First I couldn’t get it open and had to use pliers. Once I got it open and installed batteries it didn’t light up. Swapped several new batteries and none worked.However. something was happening because the flashlight became extremely hot even though it wasn’t lighting up. I had to remove the batteries.Now I get to waste time & money to return it.

The shipping was quick. When I got the package I opened it, and put batteries in the lights one worked great and I was very impressed on how bright the light was. The other one wasn’t working. I was able to reach out to the company and they quickly responded and resolved the issue. I would recommend buying this product.

I am so impressed with Gear Light new S100 LED Pocket Pen Light flashlight! The build quality is fantastic – it feels solid and durable. The brightness is amazing, and the range is perfect for my overall activities.I also have to commend their customer service – they were so helpful and responsive when I had a question.I heard back from Cal and Jenny and they were both fantastic!!!!!I was most impressed with the speed of their replies. I'm not kidding . . . I hit send on my end, and within 5 minutes I received a reply. Not only a reply, but a positive reply. They read my questions, and solved my problem within their first reply! It was truly remarkable, surprising, unexpected, and inspiring!I am thoroughly enjoying my new flashlights, they're exactly what they described and what I expected, but more than that I'm talking up their customer support to anyone who will listen!Overall, this is a great flashlight that I would highly recommend!Gear Light, and their product, totally rocks!!!

seems to be good quality and very inexpensive for the brightness would buy again but dont need to!

Useful for outdoor use and easy to carry around

I like the idea but the product seems to die pretty fast. Id rather have a rechargeable that's dependable
