I'm an avid photographer- semi-pro If you are considering spending this kind of money you probably already tried a cheaper one that didn't meet your expectations. This one will. Perfect cuts every time. It cuts all kinds of paper including adhesives perfectly every time. Very simple operation and it sharpens itself. I was a little hesitant to purchase this because of the price and I had used one at kinkos with mediocre results but it must have been seriously abused. Who knows what people did to it. Mine works flawlessly and I would definitely buy again. If you go to B and H photo website you can read many reviews that helped me make my purchase. I bought mine through Amazon. Best price and 3.99 overnight delivery

The cutter work fine for the first 9 months of extremely light use, mainly light paper such a watercolor paper and a few pieces of Epson Cold Press Bright fine art paper a few times a month. A very light work load. But the very first time we tried to cut Epson Exhibition Canvas Matte paper the cutter stopped after about 3 inches and crinkling up the paper. Everyone has told us these blades stay sharp for years under heavy use. Not this one. I contacted the seller, Oregon Laminations Company, who did nothing to fix the issue. A $90 replacement blade kit later, the cutter works and cuts everything we put into it. So beware of buying from secondary sellers. You may get a defective product (or a used dull blade) and they will not fix it.

Cuts pretty good and light weight! Serves its purpose. Overall a good but!

I recently purchased a Roland print/cutter - I've been separating prints/stickers by hand with a razor and a ruler and finally decided to order one of these Rotatrim deals. It's been absolutely wonderful... there's no comparison. The machine feels SOLID. Cuts are like butter, and it's saved me so much time. I would HIGHLY recommend getting one of these if you're doing cutting in any volume!!
