Wireless WIFI Security IP Camera, Nanny Baby Monitor Netcam, Tilt Pan Motion, Two-Way Audio, Night Vision, Connects to iPhone Android Phone (TS-629)

Set up has been so hard. It seems it will only connect if it is plugged into a router. We will not be placing a router in the baby room. It has been a week, trying everyday. I am so tired of this thing, but I will keep trying.7/24/2018 By now, I have been able to set up the camera, the key is to have a better phone. I have a Galaxy S9. However, I hate how the camera continues to disconnect. So I hear the baby crying but the camera freezes to I have to go to her room. No good.An when it connects it shouts CONNECTED!! This is not a baby cam. You cant even adjust the voice!! LOL

I am waiting since November for a replacement wire which, I was told, would ship immediately. Customer Service does not pick up the phone, and their answering machine is always full and cannot accept any messages. E-mailing customer service has had no response at all.

The download was easy to find. The video resolution and color is great. I recommend.

Had to return it. Wouldn't work with my android phone.

Horrible. Stopped working within 2 weeks but got a refund.
