MG Timber Heavy Duty Premium, A-frame Picnic table, Bench. Made From Pressure Treated Swedish Redwood (SQ CORNERS, 4FT)

Five stars because the review is for the table; I live by the coast, so anything metal corrodes very quickly. This table fits in with my Mediterranean courtyard garden, and is solid (and, obviously, non-ferrous). It's very well made, it's so heavy that I struggled to move the table-top by myself, but it was easy to assemble single-handed. It's going to last for decades (I've made sure by painting it with boiled linseed oil, but I don't think it needed it), and it's never going to blow away ! I'm so impressed with it that I'll probably buy chairs from them next spring. But, note: I received an email from the seller asking for contact details so they update me regarding the delivery - good I replied and advised them that I wasn't available on one of the delivery days, no response - not good I telephoned and an answerphone message advised that they were closed for school holidays, but messages would be replied to - good I left a message saying that I wasn't available on one of the delivery days, no response - not good Fortunately, the delivery was so early (about 07:30) that when it was delivered on the day I wasn't available (!), I hadn't left home. A text message was received 30 minutes earlier updating me, the driver was very friendly and carried the table (in seven pieces) into the garden for me, and I departed for the dentist...

The picnic table is of heavy thick wood, feels smooth to touch - definitely no rough patches to catch on skin or clothes. It is fine for 4 - 6 people seated and feels stable. I'm nearly 80 but found it not too difficult to maneuver as required to screw together once I'd memorised the assembly order from watching the useful video. I couldn't however get the longest screws all the way in but the others were no problem. Overall, the table is very satisfactory to use and an attractive addition to the garden so is worth the cost.

These are the best quality benches i have ever come across! Took 10 mins to assemble and all guide holes and quality fixings are included. One person to assemble but 2-3 to move to position due to weight. Absolutely perfect for commercial or residential use. Will last years.

Arrived semi assembled and took us thirty minutes to finish assembly. Great instructions and they even supply the drive bits with the fixings, you need a power driver. Two people will be required to lift the table top. The quality is very good, it's very heavy, and very sturdy. Great customer service, and arrived very promptly within estimate. We needed the table for a special occasion, and Chloe made sure that happened.

This table is fabulous. It’s seen a full year since we ordered and it still looks brilliant. It’s sturdy, faired the weather well and great quality. Thank you. It’s perfect for the garden and has been an asset this year entertaining outside.

I would definitely recommend this company to purchase timber products from. I ordered a 7ft Timber Picnic Table which had been part-assembled already so the assembly process was incredibly simple. The instructions came via email and this also included video links to make it really simple (the video was useful to show how to make sure the ends will perfectly match the benches). They even provided drill pieces for the screws. The timber is pressure treated and very sturdy (a very high quality product that would work for both industrial and domestic purposes). In terms of delivery, the tracking function worked really well so I knew precisely when they were arriving, and I also filled in a quick online form to ensure they had the precise location using 'What3Words'. This all made it really easy. In a nutshell this is a high quality product, the delivery service was excellent, it was super easy to assemble and my overall customer experience was 100%.

Seems like brilliant quality. Easy to put together with the right tools and it feels very sturdy. I’ve had several very positive comments about it and how good it looks.

Wanted a sturdy 'park' quality table, rather than a flimsy 'garden' one. This does not disappoint. It is well made and substantial. There will be no Youtube videos of me sitting on it and tipping up! Word of caution, it is heavy. Two people recommended for moving it and assembly
