It’s a great book for keeping record of every moment when it comes to exercising. I love the layout of the book. It’s designed easy step-by-step. I am able to see my progress and be proud of what I achieved.

Very pleased with this book!!!
Very nice hard cover book. Basically, each page is one days workout session, which I thought is wasting pages. By drawing 3 vertical lines on a page it's good for 3 days of exercises. My routine is upper one day, lower/core the next day and 3rd day rest, then repeat.

Cramped Spirals, other wise a good purchase.
Product is really good thick paper, but slightly larger spirals would would a lot better, they really maxed out the pages that could fit and it is a bit tight. If your like me and just want a place to write your log it makes it a bit better good if you tare out the notes, stats, and calendars in the beginning and end of the book.

Durable, helps organize and track
The media could not be loaded. Super nice journal to help me stay on track and something to look back on. The pages are very well organized with plenty of room to document all of your things. The outside covers are very durable as well as the metal spine. The band to hold it closed works phenomenally.

Perfect to establish routine & track progress
My 14 year old nephew is just getting into lifting for strength training as he is a hockey player. My husband lifts and has most of his adult life for fitness and definition. When starting anything new it's always good to document what works and what doesn't. What you personally get results from vs what doesn't work for your individual body make up and objectives. This has really helped my nephew dial into what works for him vs doing what his uncle has been doing for 30+ years. Different objectives and end results wanted. Highly recommended for anyone looking to document and establish a routine. Nice size and easily portable in a back pack or gym bag. Great price for all you get.

Keeping track
Just started weight and football training for my teenage son. This is structured and organized enough to track performance, progress and goals without being rigid. Only has 9 exercise and 1 cardio line per page, so we do occasionally have to improvise but that's minor. Cover is rigid and it includes bookmarks and band closure so it's something you can throw in a gym bag.
