Let me say that I di like the output of this printer. The price is fantastic for the quality that you get. It is easy to operate and works "literally" out of the box. Now for the bad part - the manual is sparse (and I am being charitable here). The writing is so tiny that you need to use a magnifying glass to make out what is written. The explanations are sparse and sometimes totally absent. For example they state that the nozzle will wear out eventually and must be replaced, but they never show you how to do that. The pictures are blurry so they are completely useless. There are very few YouTube videos or other independent documentation on this new printer. Stay away from it unless you know what you are doing.Oh, and as for support, there is none. No phone number. You can go on their website and post a question, which I did, and I have received NO reply in over a week.

I bought this for my grandson not knowing if it would be good quality or even if it would do what he wanted. It exceed our expectations. It did everything he needed it to do and then some. I was suggest it to all who want to learn the art of 3D printing. The only regret I have is as he gets more proficient I'm going to have to pay out the big bucks, the bigger the boy the more expensive the toy. Let's hope he doesn't grow up too fast.

This is 1 of 2 Creality printers that I use, both do a good job. This one gets used a few times a week for work projects. I managed to damage the build plate surface with PETG. Won't make that mistake again! Trying to find a factory replacement build plate has been a futile event. I contacted support, they requested information, I sent the info and followed up the day after and the day after that and the next day, etc. It's been a week and no response to any of my emails. If you don't have a build plate, just tell me! You have a good product, why don't you support it? I will rethink my next printer purchase. A good printer doesn't do me any good if I can't keep it running. There are plenty of good options out there.

I bought this directly from Creality. Do not make that mistake as returning is impossible because they do not respond.This printer claims to be great for beginners. It is not. I have been FDM printing for years now and this has been more of a headache than any of my other printers. The documentation is poor and level out of the box? You wish. You will have to relevel but it does not hold and will cause issues for your first layer repeatedly causing you to use their releveling function between each print. Unfortunately, there are not many controls available to fine tune the machine either so that one leveling function is the only thing you can try.Customer service? Non-existent. I asked to refund prior to my 14 day return window but havent heard from Creality in days. Waste of money. Go buy a printer from a better company. Try a prusa mini perhaps.

My first 3D printer purchase experience has been overall pretty fun. The application and operational video are definitely very helpful. It was hard on my first day but now I have printed 3 prints. It was very smoothing voice and was satisfying to watch it print my 3D models. The results were super beyond and great. It comes with everything and was already 90% assembled. Very Easy to use. It comes with only 1 pack of wire which is white, grey colored wire, I am going to buy black and other colors as well and would continue to make awesome gifts for friends and family.
