We've had this mattress for several months now. Still no dips. Prior to this, we had a full memory foam mattress, which we loved. When it was time to replace it, we decided to try a hybrid. I'm so glad we did. We like it even better than the full memory foam. It inflated quickly, but we strictly followed instructions & didn't sleep in it for over 24hrs. I see in other reviews where people complained about the sides dipping quite a bit when sitting on the edge of the bed. That's true, the sides do dip a bit, but we don't find it to be an issue. I'm more concerned about how well we sleep on it. As far as firmness, this is definitely a medium... not firm, not medium firm, but medium. We originally wanted a more firm mattress (esp for our bad backs) & thought this one would be, but it's not. Still, it's incredibly comfortable. If I had to get another mattress, I would probably get the same type. If you HAVE to have a very firm mattress, you should probably consider something different. The only thing I could possibly complain about at this point is that the fabric cover wrinkles up & won't smooth out. It wouldn't be a problem w a thick comforter on the bed, but with a thin summertime coverlet on the bed, you can see the wrinkles of the fabric underneath. I wish there was a way to fix this, but again, I'm just happy to get a good night's sleep. As far as the smell that you get with some products, we didn't notice any smell at all with this mattress. Regarding temperature, it isn't hot like a full memory foam mattress. It's possible that the inner springs allow enough air flow to prevent a sweaty night's sleep. We waited quite a while to get a new mattress. We thought it was going to be a fairly hefty investment. Consequently, we had many miserable nights on a mattress well past its prime. I wish I had seen this one earlier. What a deal! Even if it's not your ideal mattress, I guarantee it's better than any old mattress you're currently sleeping on. For us, this mattress is perfect! Super comfortable! Not hot like our old memory foam bed. It's also much easier on our backs and joints. We wake up feeling refreshed, not like we've just spent a few hours being beaten up by our mattress. We're at the point in life now where we have bad backs, bad joints, etc. A good mattress makes a huge difference. This one is fantastic. I'll try to update again in a few more months to verify that we haven't had any problems with it and that it hasn't started sagging prematurely. So far, though, we LOVE it!

I purchased the 12" twin mattress 8 months ago and have used it since then. It is very comfortable and I get a good night's sleep using it. I am an adult woman approximately 145 lbs. It has held up very well and I feel it will continue to hold up well. I highly recommend it; it is a quality product.Carolyn Clark

decided to edit the review to give more detail on the bed.This bed is like a giant marshmallow but has the right amount of firmness. It's like a soft cloud that you just want to snuggle into. This bed is a nice balance between soft and firm. You sink in, and it's like a big hug. After a long day of working and running around once you lay down your body is like, im finally at rest. It's like the bed gets you. it's a quiet escape from the world. The material is cool. Its not too hot, not too cold. you can easily get out of the bed without disturbing anyone else if they are in the bed as well. I was torn between which size i needed to buy, between a twin and a full. I would and a full size and Im glad i did. the twin measurements seemed kind of small for what i was needed this bed for. Overall, I am impressed with the bed and the affordability. I will most likely buy more beds like this in the future.

Good quality mattress at an affordable price! I do really like this mattress, it is a little on the firm side, which I wasn't expecting. It came fast and set up was easy! The biggest down side as that this sucker is HEAVY, and you have to rotate it fairly often to avoid dips and divots in the memory foam. It does take about 24-48 hours to fully "inflate", but we slept on it after about 8-10ish hours and it was fine!

I slept on one of these mattresses on vacation at an Airbnb and liked it so much, I contacted the owner of the property to find out where I could get one. Much less expensive than I expected. Best sleep ever. Not hot. Good body support. Works fine on my box spring. Love it.

I bought this queen size mattress for my apartment bedroom. It definitely exceeds my expectation. The Mattress is soft and comfy. It is not firm and not too soft. It hugs me very well, very elastic and rebound quickly. It also absorbs heat very well to keep me warm at night. It has dirt protection layer so is very resistant to moist and dirts. Given the size and thickness of the mattress, It is actually quite light. An adult man can carry it and walk some distances with no problem.The quality of this mattress is also very high. It is made of high quality foam and springs and has no strange smell. Sleeping on it, I don’t feel the spring at all. It comes vacuum-sealed and expanded quickly when opened. It arrived in perfect condition.Overall it is a great mattress and the price is reasonable. Definitely get a good deal and recommeneded.

I ran all of the reviews and they were very enthusiastic. I got this mattress about five months ago, it is the heaviest mattress I have ever owned. I can barely move it on my own so having to set it up on my own was a massive challenge. It’s got to weigh at least 200 pounds if not more. The first month or two I loved it, but now that I’m on month five I’m noticing that the top of the mattress gets flattened out very quickly making it far too firm. I rotated it like I was supposed to but no matter what directly where I end up sleeping every night does not have enough cushion. For the price it’s a good mattress. For total comfort I would look elsewhere.

This bed provides a nice combination of softness (topper) and medium firmness.The bed is delivered compressed in plastic, and opens up easily.I let sit for about 36 hours to open up and air itself out.I paid less than $300, so this was a very good value.
