I have used a nasal rinse squeeze bottle and I was still having a problem with allergies and sinus congestion and infections so I decided to invest in this system. It is a bit more expensive and setup/cleaning is more detailed but not difficult, however the difference in the clean feeling and removal of allergens is amazing.

It actually does what it's meant for, only issue is the level of pressure as there is only 2 option, high or low, and both drains the water faster even on its low setting. Easy to use Easy to clean Water pressure very limited option.

I have chronic sinus issues and hoped this would've alleviated them. Even on the lowest setting, it empties the reservoir in very quick order. It also blasts your sinuses so hard that I had the solution coming out of my tear ducts in my eyes and felt it fill my ears. This prompted an ear ache that feels like an infection. The suction is subpar and does not draw the water out effectively. Would not recommend

It was this or a Navage. This was on sale and was cheaper so I bought this. Once you figure out how to use it (the instructions are not great mind), this is a sound product that works really well. I would recommend it to friends.

The machine works really well, but I only gave 4 stars because the measuring/temp check cup wasn't included. I've had to compromise with what I have at home.
