If you happen to have seen my earlier review this week, you'll know I was awaiting replacements for dirty, pre-used items. A case of hope over experience as I was to be disappointed for a second time. The replacement order arrived speedily, but in exactly the same state as the first - dirty, scratched & misshapen (new set of photos attached). I have since re-read the Q&As and see a comment to the effect that these are not supposed to be self-adhesive items. To be fair, the sales description does not claim they are (indeed, it says very little), but having bought exactly this size and brand before, which I was able to attach permanently to heavy armchairs and sofas by means of self-adhesion, it should have been safe to assume the product would be the same. Like the original Magiglides it is emulating, in fact. I strongly advise you not to buy if, like me, you require your gliders to remain in place permanently. These won't do that.

Works exactly as described.

Excellent item, worked really well for moving furniture around our new house. We moved a large storage unit, small wardrobe and storage cupboards. These don't stick on permanently (which is what we wanted), you just tuck them under the feet/base of your item, as such they can slip out if your floor isn't entirely flat but this wasn't a problem for us but might be an annoyance if you're on your own (hence 4 stars). Cuts down the friction dramatically and worked brilliantly well on laminate floor and almost as well on carpet. We still needed to give the furniture a fair push to move it but my husband could have done this on his own if needed, together it was very easy. I'd really recommend these if you want a solution that isn't permanently attached to your furniture, or indeed to use them on a variety of items. I would suggest you need two people to move large items, if nothing else, help to get the feet underneath.

Always use these and keep permanently under feet of furniture. Furniture slides like a dream on carpets and vinyl flooring.

Great service by the supplier and amazing honey...I'm just about to order more. Great for keeping coughs and colds away.

Don't know if this just happened to me, but the fact that this product doesn't come with the proper sticking adhesive is a real letdown.
