Excellent laptop for me
This laptop is perfect for me. I run my online business from it and it handles all my programmes smoothly.The screen is a good size, so no more squinting and everything works well.The WiFi is good, the style is great, and I am extremely happy with the speed... Certainly beats my old branded laptop in all areas so it's perfect for the price.My old branded laptop cost double this, and it couldn't handle the workload... This laptop is fantastic.

Good while it worked
I was happy with it for the price but 10 months later, trackpad stopped working, no response from seller despite multiple messages, the excellent Amazon customer service resolved the issue , so if something goes wrong the seller will not be interested and leave you alone .

Black blips on the screen on the first day of opening
Not happy at all. The laptop itself looks great but when it arrives damaged and screen black bits on the inside of the screen it’s not very professional at all. I’m extremely disappointed I’m now going to have to wait an additional few days to send this back and get a replacement etc etc.

Perfect for work
The media could not be loaded. I bought it for my daughter. I was looking for good price. This laptop is perfect for work online. Its keyboard is super comfortable. The battery life is superb! 👌 It doesn’t lag and isn’t slow. The volume and speakers are perfect. The screen is super bright. Would recommend!😁

Why does the charger not fit?
When this was delivered I was for some reason suspicious it was a second. The charger does not fit. It is the wrong size. It's an otherwise brilliant laptop that us dying right in front of me..
