It was said in the description that they are hard bristles, but they don't feel like it. They do; however, get the job done.

Are you ceased to clean faucets and bathroom drain area in my cleaning business. The bristles hold together well and do not lose shape, the handles are very easy to hold. I wish the bristles were a little stronger to get out those hard water residue around the faucets.

These toothbushes are not hard or firm. This discription is the reason I bought these. I am currently using these but they are quite soft. I do like the long head on it that's why I gave it 3 stars. Also, my mouth does feel very clean after I brush. Although they are not hard or firm, the bristles clean very good.

The manufacturer states XL-head, which is correct. The manufacturer also states Hrad and Firm, which are incorrect they are soft and weak. A return has been generated. Not Recommended

They are very comfortable to use. But like others have said, the brushes are not stiff as they make it seem to be. But if you want a soft bristle with a large design, they're pretty good.
