This is so effective and convenient. Great value. I love that it comes with a refill so I always have one frozen and ready to go. Highly effective for relief from head ache pain. My husband used it for his knee, perfect size and velcro keeps it in place. Highly recommend.

It is pretty cold. I was a little worried it wouldn't be cold because of the fabric you put the ice pack in, but it does get cold. It was smaller than I thought width wise, but I still gave it a 5 because that was my fault for not paying attention to the measurements. I cannot stand when people give a lesser score because of thier own ignorance for not reading measurements or all info provided about a product. Do I wish it as a little colder, yes, but I knew when I bought it it probably wouldn't be as cold as I wanted when I put it in the fabric. But I love how it velcros and stays in place. The second ice pack is awesome so I don't have to wait for the same one to freeze again before applying. It is comfortable, works great and versatile. Fabric feels nice and made well.

Worked to soothe my neck after parathyroidectomy and I didn’t need to hold it in place. Be sure to also get something for the back of your neck for warmth: the supine position takes a toll on your muscles.

Bought these for my daughter who has POTS and is extra sensitive to heat for a July trip to DisneyWorld. They worked out great - kept them in the freezer in the hotel room at night and in an insulated lunch bag in the parks till we needed them. Having two inserts is great so you can switch them out as one looses the cooling effect. And the cover works great to keep it in place on the back of the neck but it’s convenient to hold against your face as well.

It didn’t stay cold long enough. You’ll maybe get 15 minutes out of every 12-24 hours of freezing it. It was so nice for the 15 minutes though. I used it for my thyroid surgery, I ended up buying another brand of ice cuff. It’s cool though for everyday aches and pains.

Ok so I saw my partner was using it for neck issue and when I saw it I gasp and said to myself I need to get that for this summer 2025. Turns out this is very refreshing and comforting. Also helps me with my mood. It takes while to be delivered. Coolness last about 20min. I love this I wish they make it with different color so I can style with my outfits.

Horrible product. Its cute but that is it. I would return it, If I would had time to do so. Not fits to the neck, and I haven't find it enough wide. I used instead of this a plane cold pack with a scarf. I would not buy this again-in Florida summer time, doesn't did a trick to me. Otherwise looks like as on the picture, nice color; just were useless to my needs. Thank you.
