Absolutely amazing! Yes! They work and the tablets worked so well. Crystal clear water holder and all of a sudden the coffee was pouring out smoothly and the taste was so noticeably better than before. Easy to use and worth every penny. Just try it!

I followed the instructions, and performed a few more rinses. I’m glad I did! I noticed calcium deposits were still present and coming out of the machine. After the rinse cycles, I washed the pot and reservoir and my coffee maker has been working like a charm! I really thought my coffee maker was on the fritz. It would take forever to make a pot of coffee, the water ran very slow. Now that I used the descaling tablets, it works great. Side note: The tablets dissolve completely in the reservoir.

After years of using vinegar, this makes a big difference! After using, I noticed our Keurig’s water is hotter and the flavor of the coffee is fuller. We use Active products on our wash machine, garbage disposal and dishwasher as well—great products at a decent price!

I'm giving this product 3.5 stars because I do feel like my Ninja multi cup coffee maker is quieter and brews faster after a cleaning. 24 tabs enough to clean twice a month is a great value. I also love that I don't have to smell hot vinegar water. However, my tablets do not dissolve even remotely as fast as the example videos. And there has never been any foaming action ever. There have been times when it takes hours for the tabs to dissolve and I finally break it up with a knife point to speed up the process. Annoying. Yet, I have also had a tablet or 2 that dissolve at a rate closer to what is in the videos. I have used all temps of water to see if it helps, it doesn't. I have very, very hard water and I don't ever see any sign of descaling in the pot after a cleaning. Maybe I'm cleaning often enough that I wouldn't see it, so I can't speak to the descaling. I have gone back to the vinegar from time to time. It's simple enough to use, but I'm not convinced that it is working as effectively as I see in other reviews. I'm on the fence about repurchasing. I'm going to try one in my electric kettle where the hard water staining is visible.
