Unnecessary Holes for Pockets
I work for Deliveroo, so I am frequently out cycling in the pouring rain and need something that keeps me dry. Unfortunately, the trousers have two holes on each side which are intended so you can reach your trouser pockets underneath. When cycling, the rain leaks through and gets the sides of my hips wet!I am glad I did not buy 2 pairs instead of 1 because these are inadequate for my job.The material itself is fine, I suppose, but I hate the holes for pockets.

Not waterproof, water ‘resistent’
If they were sold as ‘water resistent’ I would have given them 5 stars, as I would have known what I was getting and for the price that would have been good, resistent to water but not waterproof by any stretch of the imagination, I wore them this morning on a 15 minute motorbike ride, top speed probably about 40miles an hour in medium to heavy rain, when I get to my destination and took them off my groin area was sodden wet, so my pants which is literally the worst area to get wet imo, they will essentially keep rain off as long as no rain rests on them so if you are going to get them for motorbike use I would suggest not to, unless your skint and need something which is better than nothing.

Sizing is definitely small and miserly, but they’re budget.
Sizing is way out or deceptive. I oredered a Large, I take 34 inch waste trousers, and in most sensible clothing I’m a medium to large. The large I have just received are at best a medium, more realistically a small medium. However, that is with the elasticate waste in a relaxed state. Fully stretched to its fullest extent, possible just about a large, but they are supposed to be over trousers, so shouldn’t really be at full stretch to fit as then they will be uncomfortable and tight, confirmed when I tried them on over skin tight joggers.Rule of thumb with the budget end of clothing is they always skimp as much as possible on materials, they certainly have with these. I shan’t be returning them, not really worth the fuss and expense for anyone, they’ll go to a charity shop instead and make a smallish person dryer and happy.

Saves wet legs !!!!
Great over trousers saved me getting my jeans soaked again in Iceland in February. Fitted well I'm a 38 waist and I bought X large. Great waterproof to save your trousers getting soaked and quick to dry. They come with a great little pouch which fitted into my suitcase and hardly took any room. These are nice and quiet not like some waterproof trousers which make that annoying noise every time you move. Read a few reviews about the little openings on each side for you to get things out of your pockets don't think these are much of a issue, when we were in Iceland with strong winds snow and rain they didn't let any water in, as long as you have a coat etc that covers them you won't have a problem.

These overbreeks are good value overall
These overbreeks are good value overall. I'm a 34" waist and over 6" tall and was wondering whether to go for large/extra large. It can be hard to tell as sizes differ between sellers. Plumped for large and they do fit. Leg length is OK for me too. There is a a bit of room spare also although it's a sleeker fit than I anticipated however nothing I'm really concerned about. Movement is easy and they look fine. Will be very useful over the winter months on the bike.

Great value
Only used for a small walk today but they done the job, kept me dry. Fit perfect & great value compared to some dearer so called 'waterproofs'.

Worth a buy
My last pair of Regatta trousers split after numerous dog walks. They were cheap and they served their purpose well. I wanted another cheap pair to replace them, and these were only a few pounds more. Im no expert, but these seem better made. The material is thin, but I don't expect much at the price they are asking. If you want better (thicker)quality you need to pay a lot more. They also seem to have more room for pulling them over your boots. Im a lazy sod at heart, and at times cant be bothered to remove my boots before pulling the trousers on. They come in a handy small bag, if you need that kind of thing. I've worn them quite a number of times, and they are still in good nick. Definitely worth a buy.

Great for walking - not for cycling
Great waterproof trousers for walking. Not great for cycling as the pockets tend to open up as you cycle leaving trousers underneath exposed. They didn't let any water through in a heavy downpour during a walk
