I have a funky shaped spine and it causes pulling and tearing and inflammation when I get tense. This causes tension headaches that make my left eye swell, my face puff, and cause vomiting. These headaches last for four to five days and are a huge interruption to my life. I got different massage tools trying to help ease the tension daily to prevent triggering these headaches but they are always so awkward to attempt to use on yourself or you have to sit there like a statue in some stupid positions trying to keep the relief in the right spot. This thing is strap and go and truly feels like hands giving you a deep massage. I can use it on my neck and shoulders or all up my back and after a while moving it all over and letting it work it's magic, the headache I was developing faded away. I know it's not a cure but I look forward to using this for maintenance. This thing is also quiet enough that I could use it at my desk and my phone customers would be none the wiser. I wouldn't even hear it once my headset was on. I debated wasting money on another massage gimmick but I am so grateful I got this thing

Two strong positives. First, the action is really good, probably the best I have seen from a long history of using neck massagers. Most have egg-shaped projections. This one has longer 'fingers' that reach lower and really feel great. Second, the charge time is pretty decent. I often use it through two cycles in one sitting, and it seems like I can go four or five sittings before having to recharge. The one thing I would change is the straps, as they are very flexible. Rather than attaching this massager via the straps, I usually sit in a chair with a high back and let the top portion of the chair hold it in place (which works great). The ideal would be firm straps that hang down and you can put your hands though. Overall, very good and would buy again.

This was absolutely amazing and felt wonderful. But then all of a sudden it made a noise and having trouble to do any massages. As you would know it the return was on Jan 31st 2025 and this happened on Feb 3trd 2025 so just 3 days after I couldn’t return it any longer. Rrrrr. I must have just got a bad one bc I used my friends and it was wonderful so that’s why I ordered it. I’m super sad. That’s why I only gave it 3. Worked good, felt good until it wasn’t.

Finally they came out with these pinching ones! I’ve had one with just the rollers for years, but it was really lacking that pinching motion. This new upgrade is a complete game changer! It really feels as close to human hand massage as you’re going to get. The pinching motion really helps break down the knots in my shoulders and get me to relax my neck and shoulder muscles. It’s also super compact and doesn’t take up nearly as much space as the older versions. But the best part is that it wireless and rechargeable so you can literally walk around the house with it. It changes through a c cable and recharges pretty quickly. The charge lasts a while and definitely longer than you need for an extensive massage session. Overall, I am in love with this device and I absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Works great if you lay down on it but does not work sitting, which is why I bought it. I sit at a desk for work all day and wanted something I could strap on and wear. This is not it, straps are flimsy and won’t keep the unit tight on the neck.
