I don't think anyone buying a calendar titled 'Ugly Cats in Renaissance Paintings' is necessarily expecting to receive the most visually appealing calendar in the world, but I do think that anyone ordering a calendar expects to receive something useful. This calendar is terribly designed - while it lists the dates in the expected fashion, that is quite literally all it does. There are no boxes in which to write daily plans, as is expected of a calendar - giving this zero practical utility. Additionally, the images are at such an awful resolution that it actually goes from being 'so bad it's good' to 'so poorly executed it's disappointing'. This is particularly disappointing as the cover of the calendar is at a good resolution, achieving the desired effect - so to see the rest so appallingly reproduced truly makes this feel like a scam.Don't waste your money.

The calendar is large, and the paper quality is actually quite good, it's thick and feels nice.The pictures are... well, if you're buying an ugly cat calendar, then the resolution isn't going to be super important, which is a good job because these are very low quality (AI enhanced?) images that have been scaled up to the size that they are on the paper.You can tell close up that they're bad quality, and the further you move away you... can still tell.However, if I received this as a "funny" gift from someone, I would be more than pleased. It's funny... if you like silly things. And cats.As for the days, I'm afraid you get no date boxes or much space to write, but again this is not really one for serious calendar enthusiasts. I have it in my home office where it's perfect. I sit at my computer (that shows the date) with my phone (that also shows the date) and yet I still find myself looking up to remind myself that, yes, it is now 2024, and yes, I really like hideous cats.
