BIRD - A-Frame eBike, 500Watt Motor, 50mi Max Range, 20mph Max Speed, Embedded Dash Display, Removable Battery, and App Compatible

What can’t I get anyone to help me with the return of this bike. It worked for less than 24 hours. I’ve taken it to a bike shop and they can’t figure it out either. The manufacturer denied my return because I bought it from a 3rd party. So the BIRD bike made by BIRD won’t help. Amazon won’t help and the 3rd party won’t respond. This is heartbreaking. The bike was expensive and was to serve the purpose of getting our son to and from his summer sports activities. I’ve never written a bad review but I’m feeling helpless. I filed a return request well with in the return policy. Amazon can you please help me!!!!!

It is a great bike, 1st quality materials, a little bit heavy but normal due to the strong structure and the speed you can ride on. Also its big, the A model its for toll people wile the V model is much more smaller.

Love the bike, great price, cool looking, pretty easy to assemble, unfortunately, both fenders were scratched up kind of disappointed me, haven’t received much help from Amazon

The design makes the bike look expensive, but the corners cut reveal themselves when riding. While the carbon drive belt, motor and display is decent, the brakes feel like they are from a $400 bike, and after 15 miles of easy road riding, there is already a rattle from the pedal. The app is also woeful - it’s required to activate the alarm, but there’s no bike tracking, which feels like a real miss considering the app is one of Bird’s unique features.

The bike seemed to be fine until just after the 30 day window. No the brakes are failing, there’s a terrible sound while riding and the battery is losing way more power than it should on a single ride! Also, note that you cannot get support from Bird Bike for bikes not purchased on their platform! So if you, like me, run into issues - you’re basically screwed.

You better pray you don’t have a single issue with this bike because you’re not getting help from anyone. I’ve tried Amazon, Adorama, and Bird. No one is willing to help or give me a refund so I’m now stuck with a broken $1000 bike.

Really nice bike! Perfect bike for the price. it arrived with a damaged fender from shipping (UPS) and the people at TradeHubb took care of the problem quickly and easily.

THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM BIRD! If you have any issue with this bike, then NO BIike repair shop will touch it! ANDORAMA is no help either! Lesson learned, do not buy an e-bike on line, go to your local store for support and guidance.
